In this shot, the other cards that he is holding in his left hand are pointed upwards. Continuity mistake: When the main characters have arrived on the base in the ocean, in the wide shot where Tristan is asking, "Just so I'm clear on this, you're good guys, right?", he is standing upright. When the shot cuts, his legs are more outstretched and bent slightly. (00:06:38)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba asks Dartz, "Please tell me storytime is over? I'd like to duel," he is looking downwards. In the next shot, he is looking at Dartz. (00:02:55)

Continuity mistake: When Dartz first finds the stone and holds onto it, his fingers are all together. When the shot cuts to a close-up of the stone in his hand, some of his fingers are separated. (00:05:22)

Continuity mistake: Just before Kaiba summons Blade Knight, he places one card face down on the field. When he does this, his left hand is lowered to his stomach and pointed to the right. In the next shot, his left hand is raised. (00:13:53)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates the spell card Reflect Energy, a mini satellite appears on the wall behind Dartz. The satellite appears directly underneath the carving on the wall of a person whose soul was stolen by Dartz. The shot cuts to Yugi and Kaiba, but when it cuts back, the satellite has changed position and is now positioned in between two individual carvings. (00:14:34)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba instructs his monster to attack the Mai knight, Kaiba says, "Quiet, I'm not going to let some mind tricks stop me from winning this duel," when questioned about the decision. In this shot, he is directly facing the opposite side of the field. But in the next shot, his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says, "Now I can do what your Siamese donkey twins should've done last turn," to Dartz, he draws a card from his deck with his right hand. Kaiba then has his dragon attack the Joey knight, and the card in his right hand has disappeared. (00:09:14)

Continuity mistake: Just before Rafael drives past the two security guards, in the wide shot, Roland and the other security guard are turned away from each other. In the next shot, Roland is still turned away from the other guard, but the other guard has turned around and is facing the same direction as Roland. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: When Big Shield Gardna switches to attack mode, Yugi is directly facing the opposite side of the field. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Yugi where his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:11:53)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Yugi switches Big Shield Gardna back into defence mode, his left hand is pointed to the right, and his right hand is placed on the duel disk. In the next shot, his left hand is suddenly raised towards him so that he can look at the cards in his hand, and his right hand is also raised so that he can pick one of the cards. (00:13:10)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 4 - S4-E36
Continuity mistake: After Dartz has had Orichalcos Shunoros release Orichalcos Dexia and Orichalcos Aristeros onto the field, there is a wide shot shown from above that shows Shunoros in front of Dartz, taking up a large amount of the duel field in front of him. Dartz then activates the trap card Martyr Curse, which is directly in front of him, even though the previous shot showed there would have been no space for the card to be in front of him, due to Shunoros taking up a large amount of the field. Continuity mistake: When Yugi, Joey and Kaiba awaken inside the bubbles, in the shot where Pegasus says "If we don't escape soon, we never will," Yugi has his hands outstretched. In the next shot, his right hand is lowered. (00:03:10)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 5 - S4-E37
Continuity mistake: When Joey starts looking at the other characters whose souls have been captured, Kaiba is first shown inside the bubble with his fingers outstretched. In the next shot, his fingers are closed so that his hands are making fists. (00:03:20)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 5 - S4-E37
Continuity mistake: Yugi summons Obnoxious Keltic Guardian to the field and then places one card face down on the table. The face-down card is shown to appear behind Obnoxious Keltic Guardian. Seconds later, when Dartz has Orichalcos Dexia attack, the face-down card and Obnoxious Keltic Guardian are side by side. (00:07:53 - 00:08:27)

Continuity mistake: When Dartz tells his Orichalcos Dexia to destroy Yugi's Obnoxious Keltic Guardian, in the shot shown in front of Dartz, he is pointing at Yugi's monster with one finger, while the rest of his fingers are pointed downwards. When the shot cuts, the rest of his fingers are more relaxed and are pointed in a forward direction. (00:08:25)

Continuity mistake: Just after Yugi's life points have gone down to zero, the smoke clears and Dark Magician Girl is revealed to be on the field. In this shot, Yugi can be seen in the background standing upright. But in the next shot, his back is hunched to the left. (00:18:43)

Continuity mistake: When Roland and the other guard are standing outside the castle, the guard is standing on a large tile. When the shot cuts, the tile he is standing on is much smaller, and a crack has suddenly appeared on it. (00:06:09)
