The woman standing behind him appears to be standing with her body mostly facing the walls, but at a slightly rotated angle. When the shot cuts, her body is facing away from the walls, with her head fully turned to face the walls. Also, the man goes from standing behind Hawkins to standing ahead of him when the shot cuts. Continuity mistake: When Tristan calls Professor Hawkins a nutty professor, he is standing slightly behind Joey. When Rebecca kicks him, he is standing in front of Joey. (00:05:03)

Continuity mistake: When Pegasus' aide shows the limo to the main characters, another aide can be seen removing bags from the trunk of the car. Tea then approaches the trunk, and a trolley to put the bags on has suddenly appeared next to the aide. (00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba and Mokuba approach the safe in the vault, Kaiba casts his shadow on it. In the next shot, his shadow has disappeared from the safe. (00:19:42)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi looks at the Timaeus card on their way to Pegasus' building, in the close-up shot of the card, he has three curled fingers that are not touching the card, meaning he has one finger pressed against the back of it. Continuity mistake: When Kaiba thinks that he has just the cards to take Alister down, there is a close-up of the three cards in his hand. In the close-up, his thumb is placed over the Blue Eyes White Dragon card in the middle. When the shot cuts, his thumb is placed over the trap card on the left-hand side. (00:06:10)
