In the shot after Joey asks, "What makes you think I'm using this card on your dragon?", there is a shot of the dragon advancing towards Joey before it is stopped, where Joey's right arm is extended to the right. When the shot cuts, his right arm is bent at the elbow and his forearm is raised. (00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: When Tristan runs over to Rex after the duel has ended, he lifts him up and places his right hand over Rex's left arm. Then there is a shot focusing on Rex, but in the shot after that, Tristan's right hand is suddenly placed on the left side of Rex's abdomen. (00:12:23)

Continuity mistake: When Weevil shows the card that he claims will free Yugi's soul, he is wearing a duel disk on his left forearm. When he goes to tear the card in half, the duel disk has disappeared from his forearm. The duel disk reappears seconds later. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi is looking at his Dark Magician Girl card, his index finger and middle finger are straight. When it cuts to a close-up of the card, his index finger and middle finger are bent. (00:19:25)

Continuity mistake: When the train derails, it begins to tilt to the right as it flies off the track. The shot cuts, and the train is suddenly level and not tilted as it starts to land on the ground. (00:20:15)
Continuity mistake: When Dartz is telling Rafael that he has lost contact with the Pharaoh, he is looking straight forward. The shot then cuts to a closer angle of Dartz, where his head is suddenly turned slightly to the right. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi reappears in front of the Pharaoh, the designs shown on the front side of his Millennium Puzzle are missing for most of the scene. The designs reappear when he tells the Pharaoh it's time for him to pay. (00:09:24 - 00:11:04)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi gets the Eye of Timaeus card, he turns around to face the Orichalcos soldier; his right arm is lowered. When the shot cuts, his right forearm is raised so that he can look at the card. (00:17:42)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi is looking at the Eye of Timaeus card after getting it back, his fingers are straight while holding the card. Then, in a close-up of the card, his ring finger and little finger are bent. Then, in the shot after that, all his fingers are straight again. (00:17:46)

Continuity mistake: After Alister's life points go down to 2200 and Kaiba ends his turn, Alister draws a card from his deck. He is shown raising the card to be level with his head, but in the next shot, his hand is lowered and then raises the card to be level with his chest. (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: When Mokuba puts the phone to his ear, his little finger can be seen positioned on the front side of the phone, while his other fingers are positioned on the side of the phone. In a closer shot of Mokuba, all his fingers are positioned on the front side of the phone. (00:19:42)

Continuity mistake: On the KaibaCorp plane, there is a door shown underneath the company logo. The door is positioned a few inches to the left of the logo and has no handle. When the exterior of the plane is shown again after it crash-lands, the door is now directly underneath the logo and a handle has appeared on it. (00:02:13 - 00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: The KaibaCorp plane has a logo spelled "KC" that is displayed on the side of the plane. At the start of the episode, the C is layered over the K. But after the plane crashes at the end of the episode, the K is now layered over the C. (00:02:13 - 00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: When Alister draws the Emergency Provisions card from his deck, in the close-up of the card, his middle finger is not touching the back of the card. When the shot cuts, his middle finger is touching the back of the card. (00:10:50)

Continuity mistake: On Kaiba's final turn, he draws a card from his deck and extends both of his arms. When the shot cuts, his left arm is suddenly lowered. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are standing next to the crashed plane, in the shot of Tea saying "That's one of Kaiba's planes," her arms are at her side. The shot then cuts to an angle in front of them, and Tea's right hand is suddenly raised. (00:19:30)
Continuity mistake: When the main characters meet up with Hawkins, Rebecca, and Devlin, in the shot of Yugi saying "Professor, I'm glad you're all right," Joey is standing directly behind Yugi. In the next shot, Joey is standing on Yugi's left. (00:09:49)
Continuity mistake: A creature jumps in between Yugi and Kaiba and then goes through a wall. A giant hole is left in the wall that is circular shaped, but when the shot cuts to an angle inside the wall, the hole is more of an oval shape. (00:11:53)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi and Kaiba's monsters have been destroyed, the two of them turn around to face the demons. They are side by side when this happens, but when the shot cuts, Yugi is suddenly in front of Kaiba. (00:14:06)

Continuity mistake: When Joey crashes into the bins while on the motorbike, there are two bins. But in the next shot of Joey, when he starts driving back towards Valon, there are three bins behind him. (00:04:20)
