Other mistake: When Mako Tsunami is eating the fish, it remains intact whilst being eaten. He raises the fish to his mouth and is shown eating, but no bite marks are shown on the fish. (00:04:49)

The boy that he was grabbing onto before can be seen behind Tristan, and the guard lands in front of Tristan, but in the next shot, the guard walks over to the boy without Tristan being in the way. Other mistake: When the effect of Magician of Faith is activated, there is a shot from above that shows the card with the wrong attack and defence points. Magician of Faith has 300 attack points and 400 defence points, but in this shot, it has 2500 attack points and 2100 defence points. These are the same points as Dark Magician, but not Magician of Faith. (00:15:36)
Double Trouble Duel, Part 3 - S1-E21
Other mistake: Joey activates the monster card Copycat and uses its ability to activate the ability of the spell card Riyoku. This spell card allows him to take half of the brothers' life points and add it to his Black Skull Dragon. The brothers lose 450 life points each (totalling 900 points), but Black Skull Dragon only gains 800 attack points (from 3200 to 4000) instead of 900. (00:12:24)

Other mistake: When Yugi draws Summoned Skull from his deck, the spell card Rose Whip can be seen on the display of Mai's cards on the field in front of him. However, she doesn't activate this card until later in the episode. (00:08:45 - 00:14:00)

Other mistake: When Mai activates Rose Whip to raise Harpie Lady's attack points, the points are shown going from 2100 up to 2400. Harpie Lady had 1300 attack points and then gained 500 attack points from when Mai activated the spell card Cyber Shield earlier in the duel, so at this point, Harpie Lady should have had 1800 attack points, and then gone up to 2100. Other mistake: When Mai starts explaining why she lost to Joey, two copies of the trap card Shadow of Eyes and two copies of the monster card Harpie Lady can be seen on her duel mat, even though she has only played one of each. (00:02:57)

Other mistake: When Battle Ox attacks the facedown monster, it is revealed to be the monster Cyber Jar. The attack and defence points display shows that it has 900 attack points and 1000 defence points. Cyber Jar has 900 defence points, not 1000. (00:09:15)
Other mistake: Just after the duel robot summons Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, in the shot of the duel robot says "Analysing tournament rulebook", a display of the robot's duel field is shown, and Blue Eyes White Dragon can be seen on it instead of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. (00:12:28)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 1 - S2-E9
Other mistake: When Joey draws his first set of cards, the spell card Graceful Dice can be seen as one of the cards in his hand. Later, on Joey's second turn, he draws the Graceful Dice card from his deck, meaning there should be two in his hand. When the cards in Joey's hand are next shown (at 0:10:25), there is only one Graceful Dice card, as well as one Skull Dice card. This is portrayed as Espa's brothers making a mistake, even though a Graceful Dice card was seen in his hand at the start of the duel. (00:05:08 - 00:09:35)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 2 - S2-E10
Other mistake: At the start of the episode, Espa picks one of the cards he is holding in his hand. With his right hand, he puts his fingers on the top of the card, then rotates his hand 180 degrees and rotates the card 180 degrees in doing so. Then a close-up of the card is shown where it is right side up, meaning that the cards in his hand must have been upside down if the card was right side up after being rotated. (00:01:50)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 2 - S2-E10
Other mistake: Joey uses the ability of Time Wizard to transform the Baby Dragon monster on his field into Thousand Dragon. When Joey's duel disk is shown after realising Jinzo was unaffected, he still has the Baby Dragon card on his duel disk instead of the Thousand Dragon card. (00:04:44)
The Master of Magicians: Part 1 - S2-E11
Other mistake: When Yugi is looking at the cards in his hand after Arkana summons Legion the Fiend Jester, Dark Magician can be seen as one of the cards in his hand. This version of Dark Magician appears to have the alternate artwork that Arkana's Dark Magician has, and not the original artwork that is usually shown on Yugi's version of the card. (00:17:29)

Other mistake: When Arkana realises that he and Yugi must both discard the cards in their hands, there is a close-up shot of the cards in Arkana's hand while he says, "I was ready to summon my Dark Magician and destroy him." The monster card Obelisk the Tormentor can be seen as one of the cards in his hand, but Arkana doesn't have this card in his deck. Only Kaiba does. (00:17:50)
