Other mistake: When the effect of Magician of Faith is activated, there is a shot from above that shows the card with the wrong attack and defence points. Magician of Faith has 300 attack points and 400 defence points, but in this shot, it has 2500 attack points and 2100 defence points. These are the same points as Dark Magician, but not Magician of Faith. (00:15:36)

Continuity mistake: When Joey destroys the Morphing Jar monster, Yugi and Bakura discard the cards in their hands and redraw the same number of cards. When Yugi draws the last card, his right hand is touching it. In a close-up of the cards, where it's revealed the last card was Dark Magician, his right hand is not touching it. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: When Joey is summoned to the field as Flame Swordsman, he turns around to see Giant Yugi. The purple section of the card can be seen behind him when he says, "Oh man, I finally cracked," but in every other shot of Joey whilst he is speaking with Yugi, the card can be seen behind him and it is completely blank. Continuity mistake: When Bakura asks, "Which of your friends will you sacrifice next?" there is a close-up of the cards in Yugi's hand. In this shot, his right hand is not touching any of the cards. When the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly touching one of them. (00:05:12)
