Other mistake: When Rex is telling Joey that he is down to his last 300 life points, Joey has one card in his hand and it is the Pot of Greed spell card. Joey then draws a card from his deck and the card is revealed to be Pot of Greed, even though the card was just shown in his hand. He then summons Gearfried the Iron Knight from his hand, which is the only other card in his hand and not the Pot of Greed card. (00:06:30)

Other mistake: After Yugi activates De-Fusion, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon returns to Kaiba's side of the field. Seconds later, when Dartz is saying "and I assure you, it has nothing to do with teamwork or friendship," the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card can be seen on Kaiba's duel disk, instead of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
