Continuity mistake: When the plane is about to land, in a shot from outside the plane, Yugi has his hand placed on the window. It then cuts to a shot from inside the plane, and Yugi's hand is much closer to the edge of the window frame. (00:15:20)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi picks up the card that Pegasus sent him while packing, he is holding it so that the fingertips of two of his fingers can be seen going over the left-hand side of the card. In a close-up of the card, the two fingertips cannot be seen going over the side of the card. Then, in the shot after that, the fingertips are going over the side of the card again. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi is packing his things, the card on his desk appears to be aligned with the chair. In the next shot, the chair has moved further to the right. (00:11:01)
Continuity mistake: When Pegasus is sitting at his desk, he has his hands over his face. Then there is a shot from behind his desk where someone can be heard from the window, where his hands are lowered. (00:10:15)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi picks up the tape from the table, he is holding it by the top side. In the next shot, he is holding it by the bottom side. (00:05:15)
Revealing mistake: After Tea points out that Pegasus doesn't have the Millennium Eye anymore, there is a wide shot where Tristan says, "Good point, last time we saw him, he was a little less creepy." In the shot, the card that came in Pegasus' package can be seen on the table and is missing the illustrations. (00:04:57)
