Other mistake: While in the past on the Jocacean Memorial Planet, after Dacon is sent up on the wall by his commander, when the Venek Horde are coming over the wall Aeryn pulls one down and throws him to the ground, and we can see one of the armor pieces lying on the ground with the actor name "Dacon" written on the inside in English.Super Grover
Other mistake: On scene at the traffic accident, when the woman and the boy with non-serious injuries are seated at the back of the ambulance, neither Roy or Johnny are going along with them to Rampart, yet Johnny puts the drug box inside the back of the ambulance with them, and the ambulance drives off. With their drug box! Captain Stanley even says that he'll advise dispatch that they're available for a run at the scene, while the guys will be looking for the dog.Super Grover
Other mistake: When the Doctor tells the Atraxi "Oh, you're not the first lot to have come here, there have been so many," one of the monsters shown from their scan of Earth is a group of Ood. Even if in one of their uprisings they attacked the Earth, it would have been in the far future. The Doctor has had no encounters with them on Earth, and he knows them to be peaceful, so why would they be amongst the aliens who have threatened the planet? The only Ood who has been to Earth at this point is Ood Sigma, and he didn't come to attack. In addition, a group of Hath is also shown. These aliens have never been seen on Earth at all. Other mistake: On the "Mario's Greatest Movie Moments" DVD of this series, from the main menu, go into the trivia game. The fifth question asks you about the Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode 'Count Koopula.' It asks you "What's room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?" It's supposed to say "What's THE room number that the Mario Bros. were put into in Koopula's Castle?"Yoshi
Other mistake: The battle droids - including the commando droids featured here - habitually have two broad fingers and a thumb. So how can a commando droid squeeze itself completely into clone trooper armor without its broad fingers tearing open the gloves, since it can't separate its fingers?
Other mistake: The Monster appearing in the pilot and causing the turbine to explode is a mistake (not trivia). This is actually an artefact of poor CGI effects that was left in the show in error. It was confirmed by the producers. You can see it best here: http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Image:Turbine_Explosion.gif.
Other mistake: Episode 13-12: "Shadow (2)." When Cruger is challenged to defeat 100 robots, a red countdown meter appears on the screen, ticking down each time Cruger dispatches an opponent. When the counter is at 21, Cruger slices his sword at a robot, which then goes down. But the counter stays at 21 and only goes to 22 when he slices at the next robot. Every robot in the sequence goes down after a single hit from Cruger's sword.DavidK93
Other mistake: When Azula attacks the Western Air Temple, there is a close up shot of her when she says that she is about to become an only child. Pay attention to the smoke coming from the airship behind her, especially above her head: it doesn't move. Even if this was remotely possible, it does move when the camera zooms out, making it a mistake nonetheless.Friso94
Other mistake: Spock and McCoy have a brief argument over whether Charlie could have survived on his own all those years. Because they're talking at the same time, Spock saying "Doctor" as McCoy says "Mr. Spock," the closed captioner apparently misunderstood McCoy's line. The caption has him calling Spock "Dr. Spock." Other mistake: For secret agents, Sydney and Dixon are not very dedicated to secret identities. At several points they refer to each other by their real names in front of other people while they are under aliases. Examples include The Confession party and The Coup Las Vegas scenes.Phoenix
Other mistake: In the second shot showing the fleet of Battlestars (from the port side and slightly behind), the closest ship has an odd reflection which forms a "pillar of light" radiating down from near the rear of the landing bay. It is an effects error, perhaps created while trying to hide the rod that holds the ship up from below. (00:02:45)johnrosa
