Revealing mistake: When Sgt. Troy throws the grenade at the Gestapo agents barricaded behind the table, it is thrown wide right, yet the pyrotechnic explosion is dead center of the table barricade.
Revealing mistake: It is obvious a dummy was used for the scene of the lighthouse keeper falling to his death.
Audio problem: There are two Gestapo agents in a submachine gun battle with Sgt. Troy. One agent's MG is firing while the other's is not, yet the sound of three machine guns are heard.

The Life Against Death Raid - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Hitch opens the tent flap to escape, there are 55-gallon drums outside covered by a camo net seen through the opening. The exterior shot outside the opening shows no 55-gallon drums or camo net.
Other mistake: The episode's action takes place around 11:00pm (night time), yet all the scenes show broad daylight.
Continuity mistake: The lighthouse keeper's pistol keeps changing distance from Sgt. Troy's head between shots.
Factual error: The tanks, half-tracks and self-propelled guns are modern American vehicles painted in a a bright yellow color rather than a muted desert sand color. The only vehicles which actually did see action in North Africa in WW2 would have been the M-7 Priest Gun Motor Carriage and the M3 half-tracks being used by the Germans in "The Rat Patrol."
The Moment of Truce Raid - S1-E10

Revealing mistake: Horse tracks from previous takes are seen in the sand as Sgt.'s Troy and Moffitt enter the scene on horseback.
Continuity mistake: Sgt. Troy's hat is nowhere near the body of the dead German captain in close up, but the longshot of his body shows the hat next to the body's head.
Revealing mistake: When the Rat Patrol removes the protective muzzle covers for the jeep-mounted .50 caliber machine guns before a raid, the BFA's (Blank Firing Adaptors) the guns need to fire blank rounds are seen.
Revealing mistake: As Sgt. Moffitt lays the unconscious General Lacaze on the bed, the unconscious General swings his left leg on to the bed.
Continuity mistake: When Doctor Anderson gives Sgt. Troy the black medical bag, Troy and the bag are next to the jeep's right front tire. The next shot, when the Doctor drives off in the jeep, Troy and the bag are a considerable distance from the jeep.
