Other mistake: Preacher has a large bold tattoo at the center of his chest below his neck that changes repeatedly. For example, it's dark and clear when they capture the deputy, but it's smudged and partially gone when Preacher forces Stella, the deputy, and Ralph into the 18-wheeler. (00:29:10 - 00:36:50)
Other mistake: When Summer is fighting the Grinders at her wedding, she throws at least four kicks that completely miss her enemy, yet they react as if they were hit with great impact.
Other mistake: As Kai's squadron are approaching The Fore Shadow, the ship begins to fire its massive web like plasma waves at the planet, and fires over and over continually. Except in close up shots as Kai's squadron are flying around it. Like it completely stops firing in closes ups, though when cutting away suddenly blasts are close enough to it that they would have been coming out during those close ups. (00:03:05)
Other mistake: When Mako Tsunami is eating the fish, it remains intact whilst being eaten. He raises the fish to his mouth and is shown eating, but no bite marks are shown on the fish. (00:04:49)
Other mistake: Two Tiffs can be seen for a few seconds when King Dedede and Escargoon drive in.
Other mistake: In the end credits, Juliet Waley is credited as "Juliet Way."
Other mistake: Callisto's sword is missing. She's the Warrior Queen, so she should have her sword. When Callisto appears in the Xena Season Two episode "A Necessary Evil", her sword has reappeared when Xena frees her from the Labyrinth of the Gods for her help with defeating Velasca.
Other mistake: In this episode, Hera's ears are shown for the first time thanks to her civilian disguise. As for all Twi'lek women, they're shaped like cones. However, they are too large to fit under the ear coverings of the pilot's cap she usually wears, when they've been shown on the few occasions she hasn't been wearing goggles or a pilot's visor.
And the Sea Shall Give Up Its Dead - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Tony Stark is typing on the keyboard, some of the keys are depressing without him touching them.
Other mistake: As they track Zoref, Victor calls for a view of Corridor 16, then after viewing it, calls for Corridor 49. In both views, it is the same Corridor, as evidenced by the number 16 on the lighted wall panel on the corner facing the camera.
Other mistake: It is established that Drs. Quest and Hartman speak the Po-Ho's language, but when they are captured, Dr. Hartman is translating to Dr. Quest how the Po-Hos are going to torture them.
Other mistake: The main characters are always clean shaven, the same clothing is worn and their hair never grows from episode to episode.
Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Other mistake: The very first word of the opening title contains an embarrassing typo, considering it's the name of the main character: It reads "Maud'Dib", instead of "Muad'Dib".
Dia de Muertos + Sicarios + Family - S3-E5
Other mistake: A caption is misspelled towards the end - it says "cementario" when it should be "cementerio". (00:36:20)
Die Glocke - S4-E6
Other mistake: When Jones is trying to convince Herr Waesch that she's the owner of the estate where his gala is being held, subtitles of his reply read "I personally procured this home. It's owners were French." The contraction "it's" should be the possessive "its."
Other mistake: Never once does Rey leave any footprints in the sand, despite her being heavier than BB-8. And BB-8 leaves constant trails in the sand wherever he goes. BB-8 weighs approximately 40 pounds, with Ray, if going by Daisy Ridley's reported weight, is about 121 pounds. She would absolutely be leaving foot prints in the sand, especially when jumping around. (00:00:22 - 00:02:44)
Other mistake: There is a countdown on the movie screen. It is then reflected in Dusty's glasses. But the numbers are not reversed in the glasses. (00:41:00)
Other mistake: When Seiya blasts with his special move the helicopter, causes an explosion, but there's no damage on the vehicle nor smoke, fire or any sign of what he has done when we see it spin and eventually crash-land. (00:13:50)
Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Other mistake: In Italy, in a mountain home in the Alps, owned by Italians, Zenigata is using a big bottle of sake to cook. Not exactly what you find in 99.9% of Italian kitchens. (00:07:30)
Who Are You? - S1-E4
Other mistake: Magpie is surprised by the guard at the beginning of the episode; the guard is running in the room, hand going for the gun. After a cut to her with close-up on her elaborate fetching of the bombs with her awkward nails, the man is standing still, hand down his leg, only then going for the weapon. Two bombs fall at his feet, one per foot, touching the feet directly. Obviously he just looks at what they are instead of jumping back, and they explode in a single mushroom cloud CGI explosion, to his left. (00:01:10)
