Other mistake: The crest of the clone trooper's helmet, when he points out that the cannons are being destroyed, does not reach down to the eyeslit, whereas it does with the others'.
Other mistake: In the hotel room shootout, bullets are being fired through the wall easily and tearing up the place as you'd expect. Frank then dives through the damaged wall and they shoot at each other with Frank behind a cupboard and Pilgrim behind an internal wall. But bullets empties into both of these bits of flimsy cover leave the men behind them miraculously unscathed.
The Dog Who Knew Superman - S2-E9
Other mistake: A gangster pushes a dog into a well and the dog can be heard splashing around. The man's wife is furious and several people are unable to retrieve the dog. Superman tunnels into the ground and into the bottom of the well and emerges holding the dog. Both he and the dog are completely dry.
Other mistake: With power out Magnum somehow lights the gas stove with the knob, which is electric. Should have used a match. (00:26:40)
The Southern Air Temple - S1-E3
Other mistake: When the gang is in the Hall of Statues of Past Avatars, Katara points out the avatar cycle pattern of statues and Aang zeroes in on Roku's statue. The earthbender avatar statue next to Roku is of an unknown man with a sword, not Kiyoshi. (00:12:50 - 00:13:35)
Other mistake: Throughout the episode, including the very first shot, we see the sun is shining brighter and hotter than usual. This lends credibility to the theory that Superman's powers are responsible for increased solar activity. Later on in the episode it is revealed that the heatwave is being orchestrated by Lex Luthor, who is is heating an underground river to coincide with Superman using his powers. Lex does not however have any control of the weather, and no explanation is offered for why the weather conveniently 'played along' with his plan.
Other mistake: For secret agents, Sydney and Dixon are not very dedicated to secret identities. At several points they refer to each other by their real names in front of other people while they are under aliases. Examples include The Confession party and The Coup Las Vegas scenes.
The Breach - S2-E21
Other mistake: As Archer walks into the sickbay, while the camera pans, you can see a bottle of Crystal Geyser water. I noticed the bottle right away but had to pause it to see the brand. (00:39:00 - 00:40:00)
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Other mistake: In the second shot showing the fleet of Battlestars (from the port side and slightly behind), the closest ship has an odd reflection which forms a "pillar of light" radiating down from near the rear of the landing bay. It is an effects error, perhaps created while trying to hide the rod that holds the ship up from below. (00:02:45)
Other mistake: In the party/orgy scene where Aetius is showing off Rome to Attila, one can see a woman with her back to us reveal herself to a man and woman. Despite her veil, one can see her thong underwear. This type of underwear is a 20th century innovation.
Other mistake: When Spike is thrown out of the base by Megatron at the end of the episode, Optimus calls him 'Splik'.
Other mistake: When Don and Dr Smith are stealing Sesmar's control unit, look closely at the base of the electronic arch - Raddion is hidden from sight but the careful eye will see his golden feet.
Other mistake: When assembling the Zeo Megazord, Zeo Zord V is the last to join, forming the head and back of the Zeo Megazord. When it has connected, we see all 5 Rangers slide down simultaneously into the head of the Zeo Megazord. Where it is piloted from and where did they slide down? The head has only just joined, and the other 4 Zeo Zord forms the rest of the body - not enough time for them ALL to slide up, and then back down again.
Other mistake: In the scene where Drakken accidentally "clones" Bonnie Rockwaller instead of Kim Possible, he holds up a picture of Kim to compare the results of his experiment with the real thing. The Bonnie clone, completely encapsulated behind the glass of Drakken's cloning machine (as evidenced by the reflection of light off of it) somehow manages to get a hold of the picture despite this barrier. (She does this without having to break the glass.).
Other mistake: Tails automatically knows Cosmo's name even before she introduces herself later on (English Dub version only).
Other mistake: In the CIC, Tigh challenges Apollo and asks why he isn't in the brig. Shortly after Apollo begins to explain the plan for the search and rescue of the Raptor downed on Kobol. He refers to it as "Raptor 3" when it is Raptor 1 they are looking for. Raptor 3 was destroyed when they first jumped to Kobol, Raptor 2 escaped back to Galactica, and 1 fell to Kobol. The Raptor on Kobol is referred to as Raptor 1 throughout the rest of the episode and on preceding episodes.
Other mistake: The Doctor scrubs his hands before an operation. He should not have to do this. He is a hologram. He could just dematerialize himself and be rematerialized if he's concerned about contamination.
Suggested correction: Maybe dematerializing and rematerializing would waste too much energy.
Other mistake: At the end of episode 2, Robin escapes from the Visitors into the wilderness. In episode 3, she's seen in an internment camp with no explanation as to how she got there. She is also wearing different clothes. She later escapes the camp along with other resistance members. Then at the beginning of episode 4, she is back alone in the wilderness, wearing the same clothes as at the end of episode 2. My guess is that episode 3 was added as an afterthought. (00:01:30)
Other mistake: The bridge jump scene in this episode is recycled from the season two episode "Labor Pains" where the van changes.
Other mistake: During an argument, Maggie's father mentions the border wall being built to keep people from entering the country illegally. This is obviously a reference to the real-life presidency of Donald Trump, but within the show's continuity, his comment doesn't make sense: in "Resist", the penultimate episode of season two, it's revealed that President Olivia Marsdin is literally an alien from outer space, and earlier in the season in "Welcome to Earth", she signed an executive order offering aliens such as herself full citizenship if they so desired it. If she's that tolerant of extraterrestrials, it seems unlikely that she'd be so intolerant of foreign immigrants as to resort to such an extreme action in foreign policy like building a wall on the border.
