Continuity mistake: When Mokuba, Tea, Tristan, and Solomon run up to the door, Mokuba is standing parallel to the door. Then Mokuba tries to open the door and is standing perpendicular to it. Then he is standing parallel to the door when the shot cuts again. (00:11:40)

Continuity mistake: When Weevil hands the boy the "rare card," the front side is facing Weevil. When the shot cuts, the front side of the card is facing the boy. (00:05:22)

Continuity mistake: When Joey ends his first turn, his right arm is pointed to the left. When the shot cuts, his right arm is pointed straight forwards. (00:08:29)

Continuity mistake: Joey sacrifices his Swordsman of Landstar so that he can summon Jinzo to the field. He is shown putting the Jinzo card on his duel disk, but when it is shown on the duel disk again after Weevil sets a monster face down, the Jinzo card is now upside down. (00:09:57 - 00:10:21)
Playing with a Parasite: Part 1 - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: When Skull-Mark Ladybug is destroyed, Weevil's left arm is raised to be level with his chest. In a closer shot of Weevil, his left arm is raised further, so that he can show Joey his life point count increasing. (00:11:14)
Continuity mistake: During the flashback of Yugi building the Millennium Puzzle, in the establishing shot, Yugi has his left hand on the back of the puzzle. But in a close-up of the puzzle, his left hand is across the side of it. (00:04:43)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi summons Kuriboh in defence mode, Kuriboh appears on the duel field, levitating a few inches above the Kuriboh card. In the next shot, Kuriboh is levitating several feet above the Kuriboh card. (00:09:05)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi's life points go down to 3100 after Slifer the Sky Dragon destroys Buster Blader, his Kuriboh card is face down on his duel disk, even though it was face up when he summoned it earlier. Seconds after this happens, his Kuriboh card is suddenly face up on his duel disk. (00:14:19)
Continuity mistake: In the previous episode, when Yugi realised that Buster Blader was one of the cards in his hand, Dark Magician was also one of the cards shown in his hand. In this episode, the Dark Magician card is never seen again.
Continuity mistake: When Yugi wins the duel, there is a shot where Kaiba and Mokuba can be seen in the background. A briefcase can be seen next to Mokuba, but when it cuts to a closer angle of the two, it has changed position. (00:15:29)
Legendary Fisherman: Part 1 - S2-E19
Continuity mistake: On the short hunter's first turn, he sets a monster face down in defence position, and on the tall hunter's first turn, he also sets a monster face down in defence position. When Kaiba summons Obelisk the Tormentor, there is a shot from above the hunters, and the monsters they set face down are now face up on their duel disks. (00:04:12 - 00:05:51)

Continuity mistake: When Joey activates Energy Drain, his right hand is touching his duel disk. When the shot cuts, his right arm is extended, presumably away from the duel disk. (00:06:03)

Continuity mistake: When Marik asks Bakura how strong his duelling skills are, Bakura replies, "They're extremely strong." At this moment, Marik has his Millennium Rod raised. When the shot cuts, it is lowered. (00:10:21)
Continuity mistake: When Marik is running up to Joey and Tea, the two turn around to face him. Tea is facing Marik directly and Joey is rotated at an angle perpendicular to Marik. In a wide shot, Joey is facing Marik directly and Tea is standing at a perpendicular angle. (00:06:04)
Continuity mistake: When Yugi hangs up the phone after realising Marik's hunters have found his friends, his index finger is straight. Then it is bent when the shot cuts. (00:07:42)
Continuity mistake: When Mokuba is knocked to the ground by the hunter, his left hand is positioned beside him. In the next shot, his left hand is behind him. (00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: When the helicopter appears in front of Yugi and Kaiba, their arms are by their sides. When the shot cuts, Yugi's right arm and Kaiba's left arm are suddenly over their faces. (00:10:25)
Continuity mistake: Just before the duel starts, Yugi and Kaiba activate their duel disks. In the shot of Yugi raising his arm and activating his duel disk, Kaiba can be seen in the background with his arm raised and his duel disk activated. Then there is a wide shot of the characters on the roof; Yugi and Kaiba's arms are suddenly by their sides. (00:14:28)
