Continuity mistake: Just after Kaiba activates Command Silencer, in the shot of Yugi asking "What is that?", his hands are lowered, but in the next shot, his hands are on his ears. (00:05:53)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba realises Yugi was able to avoid losing the duel by discarding Kuriboh, he says, "How dare you defy the might of Obelisk with that puny Kuriboh," with his right forearm raised, while his hand is closed into a fist. When the shot cuts, his forearm is lowered. (00:11:17)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba tells Yugi that he will have to discard half of the cards in his hand, Yugi is standing upright. But in the shot of Kaiba explaining that Slifer's attack points are reduced by 3000, his torso is suddenly leaning to the right. (00:12:17)
Clash in the Coliseum: Part 3 - S3-E34
Continuity mistake: Yugi shows Kaiba the Electro Magnetic Turtle card that was returned to his hand from the graveyard. Then, in a close-up, he is shown turning the card around and asks Kaiba if he recognises it, even though the card was already facing him. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi removes the Electro Magnetic Turtle card from his graveyard, in the shot of him holding up the card so that he can show it to Kaiba, it is shaded yellow. But in a close-up of the card, it is shaded orange. (00:15:50)
Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35
Continuity mistake: When Yugi's life point count is displayed for the first time in the episode, the cards in his hand are pointed upwards. When the shot cuts to focus on Marik, the cards in Yugi's hand are pointed downwards. (00:09:47)

Continuity mistake: When Marik says he needs to make sure Kaiba's link to his Millennium Rod doesn't interfere with his plan, his left hand is positioned right below the two loops near the top of the rod. It then fades to a closer shot of the Millennium Rod, and his hand is suddenly away from the two loops. (00:09:54)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says, "Now my Egyptian God card, be gone," he has his shoulders and forearms raised. When the shot cuts, he is standing at ease, with his shoulders and forearms lowered. (00:02:58)

Continuity mistake: When Joey tells his opponent that the Legendary Sword spell card increases his M-Warrior's attack points by 300, his right fist is raised. In the next shot, it is lowered. (00:06:11)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi catches the Obelisk the Tormentor card after Kaiba throws it to him, in the close-up of the card, he has two fingers against the back side. When the shot cuts, the bottom half of those two fingers can be seen on the right-hand side of the card, even though they could not be seen on the right-hand side in the close-up. (00:07:39)

Battle for the Bronze: Part 1 - S3-E38
Continuity mistake: When the duel starts, in the shot of Joey saying "I've got a duel to win," Tea can be seen standing next to Yugi. A minute later, when Yugi says "I'd say he has a good chance at finally defeating Kaiba," Tea cannot be seen next to Yugi. Then, two shots after that, Tea can be seen standing next to Yugi again. Battle for the Bronze: Part 1 - S3-E38
Continuity mistake: After Joey and Kaiba draw their cards, there is a wide shot where the other characters can be seen to the right of shot. In the wide shot, Tristan can be seen standing behind Yugi, on his left. Devlin then says, "I don't think I've ever seen Joey this confident before," and Tristan is now behind Yugi on his right.
