A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33

Revealing mistake: When the captain is explaining that there is nothing they can do to stop Dartz, there is an exterior shot shown from above of the three ships in the ocean. The helicopter rotors on the middle ship are shown moving, indicating that this is not a still frame; the ships and the water turbulence caused by the ships remain completely still in the frame. A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33

Continuity mistake: When the main characters have arrived on the base in the ocean, in the wide shot where Tristan is asking, "Just so I'm clear on this, you're good guys, right?", he is standing upright. When the shot cuts, his legs are more outstretched and bent slightly. (00:06:38)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33

Revealing mistake: When everyone is on the helicopter after the building collapses, they realise a temple has emerged in its place. In the shot of Tristan saying, "I guess that's what Paradiaz Headquarters really looks like," the Millennium Puzzle that Yugi is wearing is notably smaller compared to every other time it is shown.
