Continuity mistake: When Peter is stealing steroids from behind Mort Goldman's desk, he gets down on his knees to hide. In the next shot, he is standing (albeit bent at the hips).
Other mistake: When Lois knocks out the karate master, if you look in the stands, behind Peter, there is a person without a nose.
And Then There Were Fewer - S9-E1
Continuity mistake: When Derek Wilcox is killed and on the ground, he is on his front with his head turned. He got hit above his right eye and blood is coming from underneath him, but after everyone else arrives outside, he is on his back with the wound above his left eye and blood is all over his face.
Continuity mistake: After the LASIK surgery Lois has bandages covering her eyes, and the pairs of crisscrossed tape switch their over-under positions within the same shot.
Continuity mistake: When Meg, as X-Men's Quicksilver, starts to spite her whole family at the speed of light at the beginning of the episode - just after Chris sneezed in front of everybody - she initially throws his hat away from him, but in the next shot when she gets back on her seat, Chris' hat returns resting to his head.
Continuity mistake: When Joe eats ice-cream on a mini batting helmet during the football match, some ice-cream is visible fallen on the ground just before the drink seller comes. In the next shot it disappears. (00:02:40 - 00:03:01)
Continuity mistake: When the fat guys arrive at Peter's group, pay attention to the Asian guy in the first seat third row. After they open snacks he has switched seats with the other guy in the first seat second row. The guy he swapped seats with hair also changes color. (00:12:40)
Death Lives - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Peter gets in to Cleveland's van and to do so, crosses a pavement. When Cleveland drives off there is no pavement. (00:16:40)
Brian Does Hollywood (2) - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: The director opens the door for Brian. On the inside the door has a window, but on the outside the window is missing. (00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: At the Adult Education centre we see an establishing shot showing the building and that it is night time. When we see the classroom there is beautiful sunshine beaming in through the window. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: In the principal's office, when everyone's talking about how Chris sent an inappropriate picture, Joe is there. After Joe says "This makes Chris a sex offender", he's got a relatively pointed nose. In the wide shot his nose is rounded.
Revealing mistake: When Peter runs across the dock after getting out of the boat, a large chunk of his body is missing.
There's Something About Paulie - S2-E16
Continuity mistake: When Meg is first seen performing 'Death of a Salesman', she changes position between shots, moving closer to the window. (00:12:35)
Continuity mistake: When Lois goes to the bedroom, she opens the door and trips the wire across the door. The wire is strung across the bottom of the door but when she turns the light on, it has disappeared. (00:18:05)
A Picture Is Worth 1,000 Bucks - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: In one shot of the Griffins at the hotel, Brian's collar is yellow instead of red.
I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar - S2-E8
Revealing mistake: When Brian says "Well face it Peter, your attitude towards women isn't exactly enlightened", Brian's dog tag is the same color as his fur. It also stays still, even while Brian is moving his head. (00:11:10)
Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: After Lois says, "When Meg and Chris turned one I missed everything," it flashes back to Lois writing 'happy birthday Meg' on the cake, and there's wallpaper border at the top of the walls, but when Peter asks her what she's doing in the kitchen the wallpaper border is gone. The paper cups that Lois filled with punch also vanish, and the rolling pin, board, etc. suddenly appear. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: Right after Lois is telling Peter that he should go to Joe's house, you see a plate and a coffee mug. But right after the angel spirit holds the gun up to Peter's head, and he is walking away from the table, the plate and mug are gone.
Other mistake: During the Ozzy Osbourne scene, there is a person in the audience with no mouth. (00:16:10)
Suggested correction: It's actually his finger, not his dog tag.
In which case, his tag is missing.

I agree, it's not his thumb because in the next shot of him in the same position, his tag is now there (or colored correctly) and his thumb isn't seen.
