Behind Peter is a blonde woman in a purple one-piece swimsuit standing next to a man in a green speedo. Then, after Lois walks up and is talking to him, the close-up of her shows a bunch of people behind her, including the same blonde woman in a purple one-piece now standing next to a different man in blue swim trunks. Other mistake: After the scene of the family watching Philadelphia at the movie theatre, Peter promises Lois that not a drop of alcohol is going to touch his lips. In this shot, Peter's buttons are on the left side of his shirt instead of the right like they should be. (00:03:39)
Other mistake: After Stewie gets his toy back from the cupboard, Lois and Peter walk into the kitchen. Lois asks Peter, "Since when are you so concerned about our food budget?", and in the next shot of Peter, the buttons on his shirt are missing; then they reappear in his next close-up. (00:10:01)
Continuity mistake: When the kids are playing Duck Duck Goose, after it's Stewie's turn to be it, there's suddenly fewer kids in the circle. It's possible the darker-skinned boy is off screen on the right side; however, the girl on the left has fully vanished, with the kid in the orange shirt taking her place. (00:05:40 - 00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Big Fat Pauly is eating dinner with the family, the thermostat on the wall is solid white. A few scenes later, when Lois and Peter are talking at the table after Pauly's death, the thermostat is now grey with a blue and red dial. (00:09:55 - 00:14:10)

Continuity mistake: Right at the start of the episode, Stewie is walking up to Lois carrying a lamp. The camera cuts to a closer angle, and then the lamp is now a lot thicker or fatter in size. (00:00:30)

Other mistake: This mistake appears to only be in the digital version of the episode on Hulu and Disney+. After Stewie fires the net gun at the other kid in the Duck Duck Goose game and says he's still it, we get our first real look at Janet as she giggles at Stewie. For a few frames as it zooms in on her, the top of her head is cut off and blinks out of existence. (00:05:55)
Continuity mistake: In the Kurt Cobain cutaway, it shows him and his band on stage. When it cuts to a close-up of him, suddenly his drummer and the other guitarist vanish. (00:11:55)
Other mistake: While Lois is kneeling at the entrance of the playground with Stewie, a woman is walking by carrying a baby. The playground gate entrance is casting a long shadow; however, Lois, Stewie, and the woman are not casting shadows in the same way. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: Lois takes Stewie to a playground, and there's a woman walking by carrying a baby. When the shot cuts to a close-up of Lois kneeling down by Stewie, suddenly an orange spring rocker horse appears next to them in the sand that was not there a moment ago. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: The pilots prank Lois on the plane at her new job as a stewardess by pretending to be stabbed to death. While they are laughing at her, she straightens up and the camera cuts to a close-up with her saying, "Bastards." In this shot, the frame around the cabin door disappears. (00:09:00)
Continuity mistake: When Stewie walks up to Janet during nap time, the kid that was asleep behind Janet has suddenly vanished, leaving an empty mat for Stewie to lie on. (00:20:15)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when Jeffrey is walking towards the pile of leaves to get the sand sifter/rake, the position of the rake to the leaves, the number of leaves, and the position of some of the leaves all change between shots, including the rake being closer to the leaves and a few solitary leaves vanishing. Continuity mistake: Connie tells "Lando" that they are going to do Toad, and he exclaims, perplexed. The black kid with them responds, "What's the big deal?!" and suddenly the number of people in their group doubles. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: After Meg finds out Peter isn't taking her to the dance and confronts him about it, it changes to their home with Lois asking Peter about why. He is lying on a circular rug on the floor writing in a notebook. He is lying across the rug with the book on the edge of it. When it cuts to a close-up in the next shot, suddenly he is off the rug lying towards it with the book closer to the centre. (00:14:40)
Continuity mistake: When Connie and her friends walk up to Peter (as Lando) graffitying, the black guy changes position between shots. (00:09:55)
Continuity mistake: Once Meg notices Peter in disguise in the school, she walks up to him. Peter tells her he's not "this dad person" that he's Lando Griffin. She is facing him with the lockers behind Peter, her staring perpendicular to the lockers. When the shot changes to a close-up of her face, suddenly the lockers are to her side, her standing parallel to them. (00:07:45)
Suggested correction: Quagmire considers the rest of them to be his best friends. He isn't drinking because they can't drink. He is complaining because since his friends can't drink - he won't drink, so he is still pissed.
It's still a plot hole considering Quagmire's age. I think the writers messed up big time.
You make a good point, but it's awkward to be that one person who is drinking while surrounded by people who can't. So, I understand the correction that was submitted above. Because his friends are not drinking, he now feels that he can't.
It's 100% a mistake. Quagmire simply would buy them alcohol the same way Brian did when they realized he could.
