Revealing mistake: While Monica and Rachel are talking about Chandler's "jollies to Jaws" Rachel's wearing a colorful flowery top, and after Joey walks in just as Monica takes her seat at the table in the closeup, it's Jennifer Aniston's stand-in, wearing a blue top, who is seated beside Monica. Revealing mistake: When Marge is being questioned, before she says 'If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all', there is a shot over her shoulder looking at the blue haired lawyer. Not only is he (the lawyer) there directly in front of her, but he is also sitting on the bench with Burns. In all other shots his chair is empty as it should be.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Prue comes home and finds Andy inside the manor. There is a shot where if you look behind Andy's shoulder you can see half of the body of the director in the background in the observatory room sitting in a director's chair.
Continuity mistake: When Lizzie enters Gordo's bedroom, her turquoise earrings that match her outfit are missing. Then they are back on suddenly, as Gordo begins to talk to her about his new hobby in world war planes. Then halfway during their conversation, her earrings vanish again.
Continuity mistake: In the first Andy and Lou sketch, when Andy sees the intro to 'The Price Is Right', there is a cup in front of him. However in the next shot Lou brings one over and it is the same one in the same position as in the first shot. Obviously the second shot was filmed first.
Continuity mistake: When Ryan is lighting Marissa's cigarette with his, at the start of the shot it's full, then the shot goes to Ryan and it's still full. But then the shot goes to Marissa and if you look at Ryan's cigarette you can see it is almost all gone. Then the shot goes to Ryan and the cigarette is full again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the country fair, Mr Bean interrupts a boy doing the buzzer game. When Mr Bean is on his second go at this puzzle and stands up after unplugging the device, you can see the same boy come round a table behind Mr Bean. Cut to the next shot, the boy has disappeared from where he should be behind Mr Bean and can now be seen walking across the back of the hall.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning during the bridge jump scene, the A-Team van changes. It suddenly has round headlights, its hub caps can be seen popping off when it lands, and it doesn't have any spotlights. The real van has double square shaped headlights, steel spoked rims, and spotlights.
Continuity mistake: After Lucy tells Mr. Merriweather that he's invited to the seance, when it cuts to Lucy unfolding the card table legs, note the couch behind her with one normal seat cushion on the left, but in the next wideshot there's an additional shorter cushion under the normal cushion. The small towel also repositions itself neatly on the couch.
Continuity mistake: When Lindsay and Michael are talking about Maebe's grades, the test paper that Lindsay just put on the fridge door sits near a note about running out of milk. In the next shot, the items have moved and the test paper is now mostly covering the note.
Visible crew/equipment: As the people of Troy are about to be attacked by the warriors in the horse, the camera pans up to the side of the wall where Deiphobus is talking with another soldier. You can see a crew member crouching down behind them wearing a white and grey shirt.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dewey yells for Lois because the bow was put on the present, if you look to the left of Lois, you will see a crewmember kneeling down, handing Lois the red dress, who is holding a bucket of water. He quickly gets out of the camera's view. [This is on the DVD of the first season. Someone said on the audio commentary that after catching it, they deliberately left it in to see if anyone would spot it. It's still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]
