Labor Pains - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: At the beginning during the bridge jump scene, the A-Team van changes. It suddenly has round headlights, its hub caps can be seen popping off when it lands, and it doesn't have any spotlights. The real van has double square shaped headlights, steel spoked rims, and spotlights. (00:05:20)
When You Comin' Back, Range Rider? (1) - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When the A-Team van is pulled out of the water, Captain Crane opens the door to look inside for bodies; you can see right through the front of the van. There is no engine and it is simply a shell of the van.
Factual error: The A-Team go to South Africa to help a diamond mine, and every single vehicle is left-hand drive. South Africa use right-hand drive cars.
When You Comin' Back, Range Rider? (1) - S2-E5
Other mistake: When the van is brought up out of the water, it's easy to tell it's not the real van. The wheels are different, and the side doors are double, rather than a single sliding door. Also, when Crane opens the door and looks inside, you can see the grille of the vehicle because the engine and shroud are missing.

Continuity mistake: As he gets B.A. into the doctor's office, the van door is left open. After the interior scene, the van door is closed.
Visible crew/equipment: As Murdock gets out of the car to check the dog, the camera and crew can be seen in the reflection.
Continuity mistake: As Hannibal talks with "Koochie" his gun is up to mid torso height. After the angle change, he holds it as if he's sighting the lady.
The Battle of Bel-Air - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: In the sporting goods store, B.A. is complaining about the darts and gestures with a red one. A second later, it's suddenly wood colored with black fins. As Hannibal makes his point, he gestures with and throws a black finned dart, but in the close up of it sticking through a scuba mask, it has two blue and two red fins.
When You Comin' Back, Range Rider? (2) - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: The ledger Hannibal takes from Carter changes from gray with red corners, to a solid dark blue book Face hands him on horseback.
When You Comin' Back, Range Rider? (1) - S2-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When Hannibal and Face are being chased by Decker, when the camera is looking back toward the chasing cars, the rigging for the camera on the side of the Trans Am is visible in the lower right corner of the shot.
The Only Church in Town - S2-E3
Visible crew/equipment: As the jeep approaches the walls, the stunt driver's helmet is visible, and the ramp it runs up on is painfully obvious.

Revealing mistake: The ground is very firm until the guy B.A. throws lands and you can see the patch of soft area he is to land in.
