For a large hotel like that, the parking lot is way too small, showing only two cars in the front with only three visible spots, and one car parked in the street behind the building. Continuity mistake: During scenes with Paulie, in a few shots the two rings Paulie is wearing on his left hand disappear/reappear, and the mole on Paulie's face also vanishes in a couple of shots. Some examples: (1) After Paulie's remark about a coke mule, Lois says, "Peter, living room," then Paulie's mole and rings disappear. (2) While Paulie and Peter are sitting on the swing, Paulie's two rings vanish when the swing collapses. (3) Following the hail of bullets, when Paulie turns and falls onto the puddle, the rings are gone. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: In the Griffin home establishing shot just before Peter enters the house with new muscles, it shows the walkway to the front door and mailbox is clear of any obstacles. In the first shot inside the store, we get a clear look at the register and checkout line, with the area surrounding the checkout. After Warren Fredericks approaches him to cut forward in line, another shot of the checkout now suddenly shows a snack shelf display next to the checkout line that was not there previously. Continuity mistake: Peter brings Chris to the front door of the beautiful people club, and Warren steps out to greet them. There is a shadow cast on the sidewalk by the awning, and in the first shot, Peter and Chris are both standing in the shadow. In the next shot, suddenly Chris is no longer in shadow, Peter is at the very edge of the shadow, and Warren is much further away from the front door. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: After Peter falls into a vat of lard, he is in the hospital bandaged up with a tray table over his bed. He grabs his nipple/moob, and then in the close-up just before he licks it, suddenly the blonde woman vanishes, and the people behind him multiply. (00:06:55)

Continuity mistake: Lois hands Chris a plate of steamed vegetables at the dinner table, and he's holding a fork and knife. Just before she says, "Oh honey, it's good for you," Chris sets the fork down and has the knife lifted in the air. Then, in the next shot, suddenly the knife is on the table and he's using the fork on the food. Also, Lois goes from having her hand on his shoulder to her arms at her sides. (00:08:45)

Continuity mistake: When Lois is trying to Get Stewie to eat some cake, there is a bowl on the table with flowers. In most of the shots, the bowl has 4 flowers in it. Then after Chris walks in and sits down, Stewie exclaims that he's ready to eat his cake, and in a close-up suddenly there's 5 flowers in the bowl now. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: After Peter gets liposuction, he walks into the kitchen all skinny and stands next to the fridge. There is a to-do list note on the freezer door of the fridge.
