Continuity mistake: After Peter gets liposuction, he walks into the kitchen all skinny and stands next to the fridge. There is a to-do list note on the freezer door of the fridge. The episode cuts to black (for commercial break), then comes back to Peter standing by the fridge and now the to-do list has vanished. (00:12:10)
