Continuity mistake: In the flashback of Lois making a birthday cake, the cake has dark pink icing on the top and light pink icing on the sides. When Peter comes in to talk to Lois, the two colors have reversed. (00:01:35)

Other mistake: While in the past on the Jocacean Memorial Planet, Sub-Officer Dacon is sent up on the wall by his commander. Then, when the Venek Horde are coming over the wall Aeryn pulls one down and throws him to the ground, and we can see an armor piece lying on the ground, with the name "Dacon" written on the inside of the prop in English.
Continuity mistake: When Fry is queueing for the booth, he opens the piece of paper, showing the picture and writing. Just before he steps in to the booth, it's changed colour and gone blank, then in the next shot it's back as before. (00:07:45)
The Graveyard Shift / Krusty Love - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: In "Graveyard Shift," when Squidward says to that guy they think is the hash-slinging slasher, "If that was you on the phone and you on the bus, then who was flickering the lights?" look at the "order here" sign. It says "order hear" instead of "order here," which it reads in previous shots during this episode.
Revealing mistake: In the last scene of the episode, Angel kicks the guy out of the glass building. This guy's a vampire, and you can see his reflection in the glass windows. Vampires aren't supposed to have reflections.
Visible crew/equipment: Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection.
Continuity mistake: The package Nigel holds in his arms near the beginning of the episode completely changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the beginning before the opening credits, C.J. is briefing the press corps on the bus. In the outside shot of the bus, C.J. has her left arm resting on a rail, towards the door. When the shot changes to inside, C.J. has her right arm on a rail towards the driver. (00:01:15)
Other mistake: When Veemon, Armadimon and Hawkmon are about to rush in and save Gatomon, a previous frame of Hawkmon's beak stays on-screen. (00:16:15)
