Straight after he asks "Can't you say anything else but 'No'?", it has a close-up of the shell. But Squidward's arm appears to be yellow, like SpongeBob's. This error was later corrected in 2019 when the episode was remastered for digital releases.

Continuity mistake: When SpongeBob asks Squidward to play his clarinet better, he is wearing his night shirt which is purple, but in the next shot he is wearing his normal shirt which is brown.

Revealing mistake: Atlantis SquarePantis: After the Atlantis van crashes through the museum's ceiling, Squidward is surprised that it's the magical path to Atlantis, and while Krabs says, "Nice hot rod flames," note how only the disembodied tip of Patrick's arm clips in front of SpongeBob's body (it even moves as Patrick moves), due to an animation error in this shot. Revealing mistake: In the episode "Dying For Pie", you can see Mr. Krabs' legs disappear when Squidward says, "But you can't pay me enough to act brotherly on that guy!" Also, Squidward is standing on 2 tentacles instead of 4.
Chocolate With Nuts / Mermaid Man And Barnacle Boy V - S3-E11
Revealing mistake: In one scene with Spongebob, Patrick, an old lady, and her almost dead mom, in one part Spongebob has no holes on his face. There is also a light-colored spot near Patrick's mouth.
Sandy's Rocket / Squeaky Boots - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In "Squeaky Boots", Mr. Krabs starts hearing squeaky sounds everywhere. Then he goes mad and says he took the boots from SpongeBob. At this point, notice the restaurant floor's colour. Mr. Krabs lifts the whole restaurant, but we can still see some floor (where Krabs is). Notice that now the colour of the floor has changed.
The Graveyard Shift / Krusty Love - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: In "Graveyard Shift," when Squidward says to that guy they think is the hash-slinging slasher, "If that was you on the phone and you on the bus, then who was flickering the lights?" look at the "order here" sign. It says "order hear" instead of "order here," which it reads in previous shots during this episode.
SpongeBob Meets the Strangler / Pranks a Lot - S3-E20
Other mistake: Pranks a Lot: When everyone is cheering on SpongeBob and Patrick at the end, Sandy whistles by putting her hand through her helmet. Impossible. (00:23:30)
Patrick SmartPants/SquidBob TentaclePants - S4-E8
Continuity mistake: When SpongeBob and Squidward are combined, Squidward's arm is on the left and SpongeBob's arm is on the right, and that's how it is the whole time. Except in one shot, the shot of SpongeBob's head after Squidward says, "yellow freak." Look at the bottom and you'll see two SpongeBob arms, when the one on the left is supposed to be Squidward's.
Chosen answer: You need to provide a little bit more information to be able to answer a question like this. In what region is it not being shown? I see it being replayed here in Australia fairly frequently. As for a general reason, there does not appear to be any for why it specifically might have been taken off the air in any country or region. Like any show certain episodes can sometimes not be replayed for long periods for unknown reasons.
