Visible crew/equipment: After John successfully instructs Aeryn on how to maneuver and slingshot Moya away from the PK's Command Carrier, Zhaan gives John a very special thank you. When it cuts to the DRD scooting across the floor in Moya's empty Command, a crew member wearing shorts can be seen at the right side of the screen, as he's looking in the direction of the DRD, and is presumably controlling the DRD's remote control.

Revealing mistake: When all the vampires are saying "for the dark", and one gets staked, there's a mark on his shirt where the stake's about to come through before it actually happens. Plus Buffy's hands are in the wrong place for her to have pushed that stake through anyway. Not only that, but the mark isn't even close to the vampire's heart to begin with.
Visible crew/equipment: When the horse carriage is ambushed, just as Princess Abigail can be heard screaming "Please, help me", the camera pans downward and a horse wrangler wearing a blue baseball cap can be seen in the lower left hand corner, hiding behind one of the horses.

Continuity mistake: This is when the family is watching Bran practicing archery. The round target on the left has a large hole on the bottom right side, presumably from a previous arrow. This hole moves around throughout the scene, most noticeably in the shot after Arya shoots an arrow right into the middle of the target.
Continuity mistake: When Rube's talking to the graffiti artist, he's painting what looks like a blue cat. We cut away, hear a brief paint spray, then cut back. There's now far more painted than that spray could have achieved, and what was there already has changed as well.
