Chapter 13 - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: After Padme drags Threepio away as the attack on the city begins, Mace Windu's fighter swoops across the screen from left to right, and it rolls onto its side to show us the top of the cockpit. We see his canopy is similar to the design found in the 'Revenge of the Sith' film, being comprised of three large panels of glass. Unlike the film version (which has a small porthole behind the pilot's head), there is no glass behind Windu. But when the shot cuts to show him inside, there are three windows behind him. Seconds later, another interior view shows the three 'windows' are now solid panels. (00:28:20)

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Jedi Roron Corobb is bellowing at the droids on the pavement, the amount of damage gets bigger and smaller between shots, as does the size of the slabs on the pavement.

Chapter 17 - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: The ships' positions change constantly throughout the episode. This is easiest to spot when the troops are leaving their transport.

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and his rescuers are in the descending elevator, a wide shot shows the trooper with the rocket launcher standing at the far left of the shot, in front of the hammer-headed Jedi. The shot then tightens in and suddenly this trooper is behind Palpatine, who is behind that Jedi. (00:39:20)

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and the others exit the elevator, a rear shot of their group shows that one trooper holds his rifle, but the other is missing his rocket launcher. But when seen from the front again, this trooper has the very obvious launcher hanging from his shoulder, behind him. (00:40:00)

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine and his rescuers emerge from the elevator, the characters' positions in relation to each other changes radically despite nobody moving. First shot, the line up, left to right, is Hammer Head, Trooper, female Jedi, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (the 3 Jedi are in the front row, the rest behind). In the next shot, the order is now (right to left, from behind) Hammer Head, female Jedi, Trooper, Palpatine, Trooper and four-eyes (Palpatine now in the front row). Next, a tighter shot has Hammer Head moved to the back row, behind a trooper. Meanwhile, the two troopers keep switching sides, as the rifle is seen at left or at right, while the rocket launcher is not seen at all until the troopers are suddenly together at the left of the screen when Hammer Head yells. Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Shaak Ti, Ronet Corobb, and Foul Moudama try to get Palpatine to safety, there are two Clone Troopers with them. As they stand waiting for the elevator, both Troopers are armed with blaster rifles, but as they walk into the elevator, one of them suddenly has a rocket launcher instead of a rifle. (00:39:00)

Chapter 15 - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: After Anakin and the most recently mutated Nelvaanian free the other mutated, the latter puts his hand on one of his fellow's shoulder. When he does, the control harness the two should have destroyed earlier is still on; in the next scene right after, the harness is gone. (00:53:20)

Chapter 11 - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When the Gunship flies by, the bay doors are open, but in the next shot, we hear the captain say "Open doors", even though they are already opened.

Matt Lynch

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: When Mace is looking at the Seismic Tank for the first time, Clone Troopers are interspersed with Super Battle droids, but in the next shot, we just see rows of Clone Troopers.

Chapter 15 - S2-E5

Other mistake: When the most recently mutated Nelvaanian tries to show Anakin how to free his tribe mates, the second Nelvaanian he rips the control harness from, suddenly has his implanted left arm blaster missing; instead his hand - which should have been amputated - appears.

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Grievous intercepts Palpatine and his escort at the bottom of the elevator, he lands in front of the droid mass. But as the drois raise their arms and march forward, he suddenly stands right inside the first line.

Chapter 11 - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When the ARC Trooper exit the Gunship, there are 11 troopers. When General Grievous is running along the ceiling, there are suddenly 19 of them.

Matt Lynch

Chapter 14 - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: When Palpatine says he won't be threatened by Grievous, Grievous's hand reaches out for him but it has 4 fingers on it, in the next shot he has his usual 5 once again.

Chapter 16 - S2-E6

Deliberate mistake: In the previous episodes Padme's ship was the yacht from Episode II ATOC, but in this episode the bottom shows the same ship from Episode I TPM. (00:00:15)

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Factual error: After Oro Dassyne has boasted about his fortress' defenses and the droid standung by him announces that he has spotted two Jedi approaching, Dassyne snatches the binoculars from him to take a look himself. Curiously, he holds them at a very different angle, i.e. he is not looking into the same direction the droid was looking, and still he spots the Jedi immediately.

Chapter 15 - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When Mace Windu intercepts Grievous at the latter's gunship, Grievous activates his lightsabers while standing on the ramp to his ship's hatch. But when Windu crushes his chest and Grievous starts to cough, he is suddenly standing right inside the hatch.
