Other mistake: Right at the start when you get an aerial shot of the bowling alley, there is one that gets a strike. The machine sweeps them away, but the pins still remain. (00:00:05)

Other mistake: Lois goes to the bathroom at the bowling alley. There's only one way to the bathroom yet Quagmire beats her there and has time to hide in the stall. There's no way he could've done that considering he went after Lois.
Continuity mistake: When Peter is about to walk into the Drunken Clam, his seeing-eye dog refuses to go inside, so he puts the leash on a homeless man, thinking it was a fire hydrant. We actually see a fire hydrant in front of the homeless man, but then when Peter ties the dog up, it's gone.
Continuity mistake: When in the clam, the items under the bar change from pint glasses only to a mix of pint, martini and wine glasses and some boxes. (00:05:30)
Continuity mistake: We see an inmate say "I hear there is a lot of buzz about this new band". When he does there is an overhead shot showing that a lot of chairs are empty and that there is no group of people sat together but as the camera changes, the gaps have gone and seats are filled. Continuity mistake: As the inmates start to riot they all have chairs to sit down. But the shot changes and all but 3 of the chairs have disappeared. (00:11:40)

Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
