Other mistake: Right at the end, when Peter takes out the Bible, the front cover is on the wrong side, i.e the back.
Continuity mistake: At the airport, a man walks up to Stewie and asks him, "Aren't you a little young to be traveling alone?" To which Stewie responds, "Aren't you a little old to be wearing braces?" From the side view, the man's mouth is closed; then it cuts to a close-up of his face, and suddenly he's gritting his teeth, showing his braces. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: When Stewie is getting out of the hotel bed to answer the phone and burns his hand on the radiator, the phone cord is shown on the right side of the receiver. But right after he burns his hand and swears, the angle changes, and he grabs at the phone, but now the cord is on the left side. (00:08:35)
Continuity mistake: In the car after escaping the motel, Stewie and Brian are talking, and Brian says for Stewie to add the part where he smashed his head on the windshield. In this part, the sun visors have vanished from the car. (00:10:20 - 00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: Chris is playing "Guess the word I'm thinking of" with Meg at the table, and they both have a plate and glass in front of them. In the next shot, when Peter walks in, Chris's plate, glass, and arm vanish from the table. (00:16:10)
Revealing mistake: When Brian says "Our tickets were in the bags", half of his left hand is missing for a frame.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when they are watching the news about the drugged toads, Lois is holding a pair of blue shorts, folding laundry. The position of the pockets shows she's holding the shorts with the front facing the TV. When it cuts to a close-up, suddenly the shorts are turned around with the back pockets visible towards the TV. (00:02:50)
Other mistake: After Brian says Chris is tweaked and Chris says maybe the toad is Meg's, the bubbles in the aquarium stop moving. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Peter and Lois are "getting dressed", the candles in the background switch from having candle holders to not having candle holders. (00:06:10)
Continuity mistake: Once Meg notices Peter in disguise in the school, she walks up to him. Peter tells her he's not "this dad person" that he's Lando Griffin. She is facing him with the lockers behind Peter, her staring perpendicular to the lockers. When the shot changes to a close-up of her face, suddenly the lockers are to her side, her standing parallel to them. (00:07:45)
Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, "Lando" Griffin walks up to Connie and other kids at a table. There's a jukebox behind them and in that first shot, it is to the left of the table. However, after he smashes his hand in the glass, the next shot shows the jukebox on the right side of the table. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: When Connie and her friends walk up to Peter (as Lando) graffitying, the black guy changes position between shots. (00:09:55)
Continuity mistake: Connie tells "Lando" that they are going to do Toad, and he exclaims, perplexed. The black kid with them responds, "What's the big deal?!" and suddenly the number of people in their group doubles. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: When Connie and her clique of friends walk up to "Lando" to ask him to "do toad with them," there is a door on the wall behind them. When Lando starts singing, suddenly the door vanishes. (00:10:05)
Continuity mistake: During Lando's song, he walks up steps from the courtyard and other students walk up to watch him sing. One of whom is a dark-skinned guy wearing a green hoodie and has an ear piercing. He's standing at the bottom of the stairs. Lando then turns around and walks into the door leading into the locker room, and suddenly the same green hoodie guy is already inside the locker room. In two places at once. (00:10:30)
Continuity mistake: During Lando's song, he opens up the bathroom door in the locker room to find a guy smoking on the toilet. When it cuts to a close-up of the smoker, the door handle changes both shape and size. (00:10:55)
Other mistake: When Peter is dancing to his musical number on top of the table, his head continually shrinks until the end of the shot, where his head is around a third of what it was originally. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: Just after Meg is payed out for never having done 'toad', she changes position between shots. (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: After "Lando" muses about getting to take Meg to the dance, the show changes to the family having dinner. Meg is bragging about the other kids stopping doing toad, and Chris has a spoon in his hand resting on the plate. The shot cuts to a close-up of him, and suddenly his arm is raised with the spoon in the air. Also, the painting behind him is suddenly much larger. (00:12:45)
Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
