Brian says no because "Group therapy, two o'clock." However, the sky looks as if the sun is about to rise or just set. The time cannot be anywhere close to 2:00, neither AM nor PM.

Continuity mistake: When Stewie is interrogating Kermit, there is a yellow sun on his bed spread that is near the op with a noticeable gap underneath it towards the bottom of the cover. This sun then moves to the bottom of the cover in the following shots. The little planet that is represented by a dot in the long shot also switches sides. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Weed is crying about losing his job, we see a view of a long line of trees in the window behind him. The camera switches to a close-up of Peter. When it zooms out again, the trees on the right of Mr. Weed are missing.
Suggested correction: I watched this part of the episode twice and no trees are missing in the window behind Mr. Weed after the close-up on Peter. Actually, Mr. Weed's head is covering part of the window where you can't see the trees on the right when he's lying on the table, but when he gets up you can see all the trees.

Continuity mistake: When Peter is sharpening the pencils, the ones that he throws on the table are much shorter than what he sharpened them to.
