Continuity mistake: While Kyle is asleep in his bedroom the Triangle of Zinthar is on the dresser beside the framed photo, but in the next shot when the cut ceiling falls onto the floor the Triangle has vanished, then it reappears on the dresser where it is supposed to be. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: When Bonnie is running toward her parents while shouting, "Mom, Dad, look what I made," Bonnie's holding her backpack's top handle with the front of the backpack facing her. Then it cuts to Bonnie running into her mother's arms, and now the backpack is positioned the opposite way with both shoulder straps facing Bonnie, as she is still gripping that backpack's top handle in her hand. Continuity mistake: Just as the Romulan assassins transport into Dahj's apartment, her boots are lying on the floor beside the table right before they murder Dahj's Xahean boyfriend, but when they walk over to Dahj and slam her head onto the table, her boots are now standing properly upright side-by-side. Additionally, when the assassins place the hood over Dahj's head and she tosses one of them behind the sofa, the three pillar candles to the left have no flames whatsoever, but then all three flames return. Continuity mistake: At the reclamation site Soji whispers to the Borg drone, "You are free now, my friend," and then it cuts to Chateau Picard. When Picard opens the desk drawer, in the wide shot he removes the silver box with his left hand and is about to place it atop the desk, but in the next closeup the box is now in Picard's right hand as he sets it down. Continuity mistake: When Picard walks out of the archive building he's shocked to see Dahj, who is wearing boots with a chunky heel (also seen when she followed Laris to a bedroom for "a good night's sleep"). After their talk Dahj and Picard head to the roof, and while Dahj fights the Romulan assassins she is wearing flat soled boots, but in at least one shot as she kicks an assassin her chunky heeled boots reappear. Continuity mistake: After the Hobbits return to the Shire it cuts to the Green Dragon Inn. In the first shot, Frodo nearly bumps into the huge pumpkin while he's holding the handles of four mugs, two in each hand. In this first shot the two mugs with white interiors are between the two with dark interiors, but in the next shot while the mugs are still in Frodo's hands, the four mugs have suddenly switched to opposite positions.

Continuity mistake: While Danny and Baez are questioning Damian about Mason's whereabouts, Damian's right handcuff switches to the opposite way depending on the angle of the shots. Either the single metal bar faces up or the double bar faces up, which is quite impossible to change when it's locked around his wrist.

Continuity mistake: When Erin is in the ladies' room walking toward the door, she finds Anthony "lurking" in the hall, and Erin's eyeglasses which are hanging from her crew-neck top go from facing her right side, to her left side, then back to her right side, between shots. (00:31:55)

Continuity mistake: During the stakeout of the apartment building, in the exterior shots of the Clyde Motorcycles shop, Danny is peeking out through a ripped paper opening within the letter "D" in Clyde. However, in the interior shots the black tape letters of the word Clyde differs. The paper is ripped between the two letters "D" and "E" and that space within the "D" is blocked with molding, making what is in the exterior shots quite impossible. (00:15:40)
