Continuity mistake: Harold the Butcher: In some shots of Mr. Green's meat store, its front door handle switches to the opposite side. Such as at the start, when Harold stops in front of Mr. Green's meat store because he's hungry. Also, while Harold sits across the street from the meat store, Green asks Arnold if Harold is still out there, and the store's front door handle is on the wrong side of the door. Next shot, as Arnold exits the store, the door opens properly. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: Harold the Butcher: After Mr. Green informs Harold that his week is up, Harold follows Mr. Green into the store, and the green front door remains open. Mr. Green explains that he's getting ready for the annual meat sale, and as Harold begs to keep working in the store, we can see in the background that the store's green front door has vanished. Continuity mistake: Harold the Butcher: When Mr. Green tells Harold his week is up and that Harold is done paying him back, both of their aprons have a white oval patch with "Green Meats" printed on it. As the scene continues, the white oval patch vanishes from Harold's apron entirely, and Mr. Green's apron patch loses its white background. (00:18:40)

Continuity mistake: Harold the Butcher: At Mr. Green's meat store, there are at least two instances that the word "MEATS" is misspelled as "MAETS" on the store's aprons. When Mr. Green gives Arnold the package for Grandma, Green's apron changes to the misspelling. Then, when Harold returns to help Green with the crowd of customers, Harold's apron has the misspelling.

Continuity mistake: Helga Blabs It All: While Helga goes after the tape at Sunset Arms, room numbers repeatedly change/vanish, or doors disappear and reappear. Some examples: Door 3 vanishes when Helga lowers herself via rope the first time. When Arnold unfolds the attic stairway, the closest doors are 7 and 8, but when Arnold and Gerald run down those stairs, door 8 changes to door 1. When Grandpa talks to Mr. Hyunh, door 1 is now door 3. When Grandpa and Ernie enter Hyunh's room, door 7 becomes door 5. When Grandma exits door 4, it then changes to door 2.

Continuity mistake: At the start, while the neighborhood crowd watches Scheck make his statement at the televised press conference, when Eugene begins to sing, mailman Harvey's buttons have switched from his right side to left side on his uniform shirt. Continuity mistake: Bridget gives the "synchronized, programmable, glow-in-the-dark watches" to Arnold and Gerald. When the two boys steal the safe's key from Nick, they wear their watches on their left wrists. Then, Arnold and Gerald get on the city bus, and thereafter for the rest of the movie, both of their watches randomly vanish and reappear during numerous successive shots, as well as mid-shot. Continuity mistake: Right after the "Immediate launch" on MoonBase, when it cuts to Miss Holland, she's walking from her office into Straker's office. The cat runs away from Holland, and in the cat's close-up, it exits Straker's office. However, this doorway is not leading to Miss Holland's office in this close-up. (00:41:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bertram sneaks into Stewie's bedroom, he tiptoes past Stewie, who is sleeping. But in the next close-up of Bertram, the shot pulls back and pans the room so we see Stewie's crib is empty. But in the next shot, Stewie is still sleeping, and then he wakes up. (00:10:25)

Continuity mistake: After Jack releases the train's log load, it thwarts Ezekiel temporarily. When Jack enters the coach car and takes his seat, it then cuts to an exterior shot of the speeding train's passengers as it passes the windows, and Josephine's beauty mark is missing from her right cheek, though we should absolutely see it in this shot. Continuity mistake: When the train leaves the station, it begins the journey with three coach cars, but as the train speeds along the number of coach cars continues to increase. Continuity mistake: When Animal Control Guy walks over to Moolissa and states the cow must have had a heart attack, his shirt buttons, badge, shoulder mic, etc, are at his left. Then Animal Control Guy begins to walk back to his van, and watch as mid-shot his shirt buttons and everything else switch to the opposite side (if it's paused we also see his mic cord clips through his arm). When Hadley provides an update, in the shot facing Hadley he's holding up the mini flag with his left hand, but in the next shot facing Bond the mini flag is being held up in Hadley's right hand. Continuity mistake: Danny and the ESU enter the warehouse basement to find Bobby, and when they start to return fire, the first guy they shoot knocks over the white plastic lawn chair (beside the recliner) as he goes down. Then, in the next shot facing the door, that white lawn chair is upright (not the yellow table chairs), but in the next shot it's lying on the floor again. (00:32:40)
