Continuity mistake: When the paramedic examines Foggy he places the stethoscope around his neck with the chest piece hanging to his left, but when it cuts to the view from inside the ambulance the stethoscope's suddenly hanging around his neck the opposite way. (00:17:30)

Continuity mistake: At the Resistance base, when the doctor's treating Chewie's injury, she's using a medical device with her right hand as she's telling him that he must be so brave, but when it cuts to the next shot it's her left hand up using the device. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: During Nadya's escape from the monastery, there are exterior shots of Nadya through the windshield and there's nothing hanging from the rear-view mirror, but in the interior shot (viewed from the back seat) just as she swerves away from the red car, there's a small cross on a cord which is hanging from the rear-view mirror.

Continuity mistake: When Eddie and Joann leave Satin Records they get in the car and there's a rear-view mirror on the windshield, but it vanishes while they're driving, and then it reappears.

Continuity mistake: When the Thasians restore Yeoman Rand on the bridge she's barefoot, but when Charlie begs Kirk not to let the Thasians take him because he can't live with them anymore, we see Rand wearing a white fluffy slipper (which she wasn't holding when she reappeared), then she's back to being barefoot again. Continuity mistake: When Uhura tells Kirk that she's made contact with his private transmitter she's seated at the communications console, with the two overhead screens above her station, beside the turbo lift alcove. Yet after the contact's been broken, when she tells Kirk, "It's impossible at the moment because they stopped broadcasting," in this unusual shot facing Uhura the turbo lift alcove is not behind her - Uhura is actually seated much closer to Spock's station, note the upper section with overhead screens. Then she's properly seated at her station once again.

However, when Ross picks up his jacket this chair is now fabric backed, the chair closest to the fridge doesn't have a fabric back yet again, and there are now five chairs around the table.
