Continuity mistake: When the Rangers first morph, they engage in a battle with Goldar. When in this battle, Trini gets a black burn mark on her suit, which promptly vanishes. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When the lift malfunctions, the lady has her head and arm outside the lift when she starts screaming to pull her back inside. We get one shot of her again with her head and arm outside before the shot changes to the security camera angle, and in this shot only her head is sticking out from the doors, with no time for her to move her arm (which was stuck) back inside the lift car. Continuity mistake: When Rain and JD are tasked with watching the prisoner in Dining Room B, Rain's hair on her right-hand side drops down and curls to the front. The camera changes and now it's curling to the back. (00:27:30)

Continuity mistake: Alice asks if Spence remembers anything from before it all kicked off. When she does, her hair is tucked behind her left ear. When the shot changes, however, it's no longer tucked neatly. (00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: When Carrie is having lunch with the lawyers from her office, she is holding a cup and then instantly holding a napkin in the next shot. The cup and napkin switch again depending on the shot. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: When Arthur storms out in the beginning, watch the napkin holder. One is sticking out. Over the course of the scene, it ends up being nicely back in place despite no one touching it. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: Mrs. Stelner visits Mrs. Doubtfire's apartment. She is in front of a mirror and there are three separate pictures of the three children in a triangular position with Lydia at top left, Natalie below her and Chris to their right. Later on in the scene after Mrs. Doubtfire watches her mask get flattened by a truck, Mrs. Steiner is still standing by the mirror. Natalie's pic has been repositioned on top of Lydia's pic, so they are now reversed. The framed picture is also moved. (00:47:00)

Continuity mistake: At the end just before the Simpsons say "Happy Halloween everybody" they are about to bite Lisa (and make her a vampire). Maggie has no dummy (or in America, pacifier) in her mouth, but it suddenly appears when she closes her mouth. (00:20:50)

Factual error: When Homer wakes up and sees the calender, which is marked as "Burns birth day", the calender is showing the month of September having 31 days. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: When Bart runs his nails down the chalkboard, the image on the board changes slightly; note the legs. There is a gap between one leg and the body in one shot, but not the other. (00:14:00)
