Continuity mistake: At school, when Neil is wearing the shirt that shows him and Meg, himself on the shirt has black hair at first. After Meg yells at him, he has orange hair on the shirt.

Continuity mistake: Wesker shoots the supervisor in the head for questioning an order, The guard falls to floor and his position changes several times depending on the shot. Note his head and pool of blood in relation to the lines on the floor. (00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: When they enter the "cargo hold" on the Arcadia and the light turns on, the camera shows the room is empty and completely white. When Alice reaches the other end a few min later there is a blood trail along the floor into another room.

Continuity mistake: When Alice kicks Bennett away, he lands one one of the dead bodies, sliding it back significantly. But in the shot where the dog is splitting its head, you can see the head of the body in the top right corner of the screen. And it definitely is the one Bennett landed, seeing how that was the one next to the shotguns. And in later shots, you can see that all of the bodies are in their original positions. (01:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Crystal is emerging from the water, she is almost out of the water completely in the long shot. As the camera changes to a close up, she's much further back into the water. (00:54:40)

Continuity mistake: Right after Alice lands on top of the prison, she makes three skid-marks on the roof: one with each wheel. These are seen best in the shots which show the front of the plane. But in the overhead shots, the skid-marks are gone. This can be best seen in the shot where Luther grabs hold of the tail wing. (00:32:50)

Continuity mistake: Alice does her pass of the prison and Kim-Yong can be seen hitting the deck away from the white lines of the help us sign. However in the wide shot he is on a white line. (00:30:50)
