Continuity mistake: When Powell is driving his cruiser in reverse to get away from the bad guys shooting at him, several shots show a full roll-cage in the car which is not there in any other scene or close-up of the interior. (00:55:10)

Continuity mistake: In the traffic jam in the beginning of the film (right after all the lights have changed to green), the car next to McClane's is black/dark. But a few seconds later when you see it from a helicopter, it has changed to white. (00:22:30 - 00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the scene where Bruce Willis's own car is involved with a crash between a dustcart and taxi you can see his driver's door opening during the aerial shot after he has left the location. (00:24:25)

Continuity mistake: After he climbs out of the air duct, John McClane's shirt goes from white to green. The dirt and grime from the air duct would cause discolouration only where the shirt comes in contact with the duct. However, his shirt is uniformly green including places that wouldn't make contact and it is impossible for all surfaces to make contact even in small areas. (00:23:05 - 00:56:30)

Continuity mistake: When Rachel and Phoebe are talking in the Baby Beauty Contest and Rachel is holding Emma, Emma's head instantly changes position between shots several times, often going through 180 degrees. Clearly they couldn't get her to do the scene in one take and therefore the editing suffers. (00:07:05)

Continuity mistake: In the one where Rachel is in the hospital after having Emma she is in the bed feeding Emma and Ross is sitting right beside of her. They are talking about their relationship and what should come. If you will watch each shot as they go to showing Rachel's face then Ross's you can see that Rachel's hair in one shot is in front of her shoulder and the next shot it is behind her shoulder. This happens several times. (00:20:55)

The One Where No One Proposes - S9-E1

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rachel believes Joey has proposed to her at the hospital after having Emma. Ross is talking to Rachel about her saying yes to Joey's proposal. The nurse brings Emma in to breast feed. When the nurse leaves, she closes the door. However, when they shoot back to Joey a couple of times before he leaves the room, the door is open. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: When Tess is cutting the underwear off of Harry's head, she leaves the scissors on the counter away from the pile of the pieces of the underwear. Later you can see that it is in the pile of underwear. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: The 1st scene where Harry blows a horn in Anna's ear, she chased him out of the room and her blanket was thrown over on the RIGHT SIDE, but if you look close when she goes to close the door the blanket it almost all the way off the bed on the LEFT SIDE. (00:01:35)

Continuity mistake: When Jim is about to play the trombone he has it nowhere near his shoulder. Camera cuts and he has already got it up by his shoulder. (00:30:55)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Michelle goes underneath the table at the restaurant, Jim knocks the phone over to the middle of the table. Later on, when Jim's dad comes in, the phone is back on the end of the table without anyone touching it. (00:01:35 - 00:02:30)

Revealing mistake: When Jim is stripping, if you look at the computer screens you can see a line of text to the right of the video that reads "Duration 0:00:19:26." However, the stream is "live" so the duration should not be static. (00:48:20)

Visible crew/equipment: Right before the wedding Michelle is talking to Jim's father about her vows. Behind them on a table there is a mirror and you can see the arm of a crew member reflected in it several times. (01:21:35)

Factual error: When Heather pulls up in her car and confronts Oz after seeing Stifler making fun of her on the Lacrosse field her car has an actual Michigan license plate on it. One of the producers even pointed it out on the DVD thinking that it was a great attention to detail. The only problem with that is the plate is on the front bumper. Michigan does not have licence plates on the front, only in the back. (00:41:10)

Continuity mistake: When Jim adjusts the camera you can see that the camera shows only his bed. Afterward, when Nadia lies, the camera shows half of the room. (00:41:10)

Continuity mistake: In the final scene, in the bathtub with Stifler's Mom, the amount of soap bubbles on Finch's head changes between shots. (01:33:40)

Continuity mistake: In the scene when the guys are painting their first house, you see Stifler talking to Finch, and Stifler is holding a bottle by the cap. In the very next shot, he is holding it by the bottle itself. You never see him change his grip on the bottle. (00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jim is back in his bedroom, he looks at the picture of the girl, and between shots it moves slightly in the close up. (00:06:20)
