The TV has vanished when Lisa runs into the bedroom, and when Marge tells Homer to go out, face the mob and apologize for what he did, the rest of the wall is visible, sans TV. (00:30:40)

Continuity mistake: When Bart looks out the bedroom window, and Ned tells Bart that he and his family should crawl out on the plank to his house, the pair of blue panel drapes and tiebacks have turned yellow. (00:33:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bart walks into Krusty Burger, in the overhead shot we see Ned and his sons sitting on stools with bases attached to the floor. In the next close-up, Rod and Todd Flanders' stools are in different positions - note the checkered floor. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: When everyone approaches the edge of the dome, a group of police officers arrive. As Chief Wiggum says "open fire", he is standing in front of the officers. In the next shot, Wiggum and the officers are standing even with each other. (00:27:40)

Continuity mistake: When the dome is placed over the town and Marge says "Trapped forever, it's all coming true" we can see a hose on the garden tap in the background. But a couple shots previously we could only see the garden tap but no hose. (00:27:10)

Continuity mistake: When Homer dumps the silo in the lake, there are the words "Pig Crap" on the front and there is no writing on the back. However, when Lou and Eddie find the silo later in the movie, the "Pig Crap" words are there, but the words saying "Return To Homer Simpson, No Reward" has appeared out of nowhere. Continuity mistake: When Bart and Ned find the mutated squirrel, two EPA workers find the creature. When the female worker says "Environmental Protection Agency" after Ned asks who they are, the squirrel is standing on a rock with nothing under it. In the next shot, there is suddenly something under it for the EPA worker to contain it with. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: When Homer heads to the lake to dump the silo, the car's rearview mirror disappears and reappears. (00:23:50)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mayor Quimby says "To make sure this wall is completely idiot-proof...Cletus", in a far shot, Cletus comes walking up with his hands empty. It then cuts to a close up and now you can see the opossum tail in Cletus' right hand. There is no time for him to have grabbed it from anywhere. (00:21:15)
