Continuity mistake: After Grandpa goes nuts in the church, they go to the car. You can see that Homer has a seat belt on, but when Marge gets out he does not. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When Colin is trying to play "Lisa's song" from the other side of the glass, at first the guitar has an f-hole, and in the next shot of him, it's a solid body guitar. (00:36:25)

Continuity mistake: When Homer is forced into the house by Bart and Lisa's avalanche, it is broad daylight, but seconds later he is with Marge in the bedroom and it is dark outside. It is not snow surrounding the house, because the animals come in through the windows. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: The bottle of ink and quill on Mr. Burns' desk disappear for one shot. This happens when Apu, Chief Wiggum and Dr Hibbert are asking for some electricity. (00:46:05)

Continuity mistake: When the wall is put up around the lake it is built right next to it, but when Homer dumps the silo the wall's much further away from the water. (00:21:15 - 00:24:05)

Continuity mistake: When Sheen and Swanson are leaving the convenience store they pass a late model Caprice cruiser. When he shoots the tyre out it shows a completely different car. (00:06:10)

Visible crew/equipment: In the highway chase scene where the green monster truck rolls on it's side and slides down the road, you can see the truck is rolling on dolly wheels attached to its side. (00:50:05)

Continuity mistake: When the cops first pull up beside the BMW and Jack pulls a gun out to shoot the cop with the shotgun, he hits a bump and blows the cop car's tire, causing it to flip. They show it flip behind the BMW, but the other 2 cop cars (on the passenger side and behind the BMW) have disappeared. (00:27:25)

Continuity mistake: Just as Ross and Mona are about to dance, her arms are crossed. The camera cuts and they are on her hips. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: Just before Natalie and Jack have sex in the BMW it is blue sky outside, Jack sees the sign for the Mexican border being 10 miles away then the camera shows the speedometer reading 90mph, therefore they would be at the Mexican border in under 7 minutes (unless they went a different route which they wouldn't want to do because they are being chased by the police) however in the next scene presumably after the sex it is dark outside and they still have 1 mile left (approximately) till they reach the road block at the border, surely the sun doesn't go down THAT fast.

The One After 'I do' - S8-E1

Revealing mistake: In the one after Monica and Chandler get married, Chandler says he can't dance because his shoes are slippery. If you look closely, he managed to slip so much by standing on the bottom of Monica's dress, not because of the shoes. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Rachel are discussing Phoebe, Rachel's hands go from playing with the table to dry washing depending on the shot. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: At the scene where Johnny Tran pumps oil into the mechanic's mouth, the shirt of the mechanic changes from REALLY wet, to almost dry in every shot. (00:52:45)

Continuity mistake: When Brian is topping out his car in the stadium parking lot at the beginning, it looks like he's shifting and steering with the same hand, as the shot is reversed. Easiest way to tell is the "Sparco" on his seat is backwards. (00:03:29)

Continuity mistake: On the very first race (in where Ja Rule takes part in the event), Dom (Vin Diesel) is driving a red Mazda RX-7. After the drivers line up on the starting line, Dom lifts up the passenger seat cushion to his Mazda to reveal a nitrous oxide system with a spinning nozzle and two gauges. Immediately after you see Dom spin the nozzle open, the camera does a close up of the nozzle and gauges in the next shot. Note how the gauge frames extended out from the surface (a good distance) then turn completely flat for the close up, even the nozzle gets shifted from one side of the guages to the other. Other mistake: When the cops get prepared before arresting Johnny Tran, a cop inserts a magazine into his M4. If you watch the rifle's chamber, you can see the green plastic thing that is at the top of the spring, hence the magazine is empty. (01:01:47)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Civics are trying to take the last lorry, you can always (well almost always) see stage lights in the black paint of the Civics. (01:20:00)

Continuity mistake: If you pay attention to the Supra at the end of the movie when he's chasing the dirtbikes, and when he's racing Dom you will notice that it switches from clean to very dirty many times. (01:29:53)

Visible crew/equipment: In one shot where Dom is trying to get Vince off the truck there is a very nice shot of the side of Dom's Civic in which you can see the camera people. (01:20:00)
