Continuity mistake: When Marge is reconstructing Grampa's prophecy with magnets on the fridge, she moves the magnet saying" eyes" up a few inches to complete a sentence. When the shot changes to a wider angle, the magnet is back where it was before she moved it. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: There is no circular window on the church from the outside but on the inside there is. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bart and Homer are up on the roof, Homer puts the hammer on the roof next to his leg. In the next shot when he dares Bart to climb the antenna, it's gone. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, Marcus and Mike are being shot at. At one point the car headlight is shot out. The headlight is intact for the rest of the scene. (00:33:45 - 00:35:25)

Revealing mistake: When the two ladies go to the party relatively near the beginning, one goes off to the toilet. The other one gets shot (through the cushion) she then falls back on a coffee table which completely shatters before she even hits it. (00:26:10)

Continuity mistake: In the party scene, when Fouche shoots Eddie Dominguez, his collar goes from being buttoned all the way to the neck and then being opened as the scene goes back and forth between shots. (00:27:25)

Continuity mistake: When Marcus and his wife walk up the stairs in the house, they are having a heated discussion and his wife (off camera) shouts down "and you don't even have your wedding ring on." At this point his wedding ring IS on his finger, then in the next shot the ring is NOT on his finger and Marcus attempts to put it back on. (00:44:10)

Other mistake: At the very end of the movie Mike has the bad guy down on the ground and he's got his gun in the guys face, we see a shot looking straight up the gun barrel with Smith's eyes over the top of it. If you look at the barrel of the weapon there is a little point of light at the back of the barrel. This is caused by sunlight shining through the firing pin hole in the back of the chamber showing that the gun has no round in the chamber. (01:51:20)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the car chase scene between the Porsche and the AC Cobra on the runway, a shadow of the camera as well as the boom can be seen just as the Porsche drives between the concrete blocks. This can be seen at normal speed but is best viewed in slow motion. (01:50:25)

Continuity mistake: When Julie takes the key for the handcuffs from the cupboard at Mike Lowrey's apartment, she puts it down her right side. When she unlocks herself at the end in the car, she takes it from her left side. (01:26:40 - 01:39:35)

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the beginning of the film, when the villain of the piece shoots Julie's friend, he proceeds to turn the gun on Eddie and shoot him in the leg. After Eddie reels back in pain and falls into the chair, a conversation begins. Throughout the course of this conversation, the drool that flew from Eddie's mouth and landed on his right lapel, disappears and then reappears. (00:27:30)

Continuity mistake: During the shoot-out in the lobby of Mike's apartment building, Chet calls 911 to report the event. In the first shot of him he is holding two dogs and in the next shot he is only holding one dog. (01:34:33)

Other mistake: When the bad guys are stealing the drugs and they use the spray to break the lock, they drag the chain off the bars, and if you look closely you can see part of the bar chip off and it's made of wood. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: Before Eddie Dominguez is shot sitting in the chair, the bad guy in the green suit is on the left of the large guy, but when the big guy pulls the trigger the man in green is on his right side. (00:27:45)

Continuity mistake: When Marcus is talking to his wife in bed about having some early morning sex, she gets up and he is leaning on his side. She tells him the kids will be coming any minute and when they do come bursting through the door, Marcus is now under the covers on his back. Given that we heard them approaching, there's no time for him to move. (00:10:25)

Revealing mistake: When Tim Messenger gets the spike dropped on his head you can tell he has been swapped with a CGI look-alike. (00:56:00)

Continuity mistake: Immediately after Tim Messenger is killed, Angel runs to the top of the church spire. As he exits the door onto the roof, the remains of the small spire that fell on Messenger can be seen on the right hand side of the screen. In the long shot of the roof that immediately follows this, the remains of the small spire are missing. (00:57:10 - 00:59:30)

Continuity mistake: When Michael attacks Nicholas in his hotel room, during this scene objects being broken or shoved (such as stuffed monkey, radio, lamp, picture) change their position, or the characteristics of the actual damage, change from shot to shot. Additionally, when Nicholas is slammed into the picture it begins to fall forward, but next shot it rests upright against the wall. (01:17:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Leslie Tiller is stabbed with the garden shears, when Nicholas chases after the hooded figure, just as he dives over a table with potted plants the blue crash mat is visible under the table. (Slow motion is not necessary.) (01:07:00)
