Revealing mistake: When Lynn is inspecting the "reverse bear trap", the trap Amanda was placed in for the first movie, you can see a small orange light reflecting off a few surfaces, like Lynn's arm and the nearby table. This is the brightness level auto-adjustment light that is present on many handheld cameras, which the cameraman apparently forgot to cover or turn off. (00:47:20)

Continuity mistake: When Alison gets the gun from Zep and aims it at him, the gun is in her left hand. In the next shot it's in her right hand, and then it moves back to her left hand again. This is not an artifact of changing camera angles, you can clearly see the different hands holding the gun. (01:20:30)

Continuity mistake: When Shaun and Ed repeatedly hit the two zombies in the back garden, no blood appears on the cricket bat or shovel, however it does splatter onto their shirts. (00:33:20)

Trivia: In the room with the razor blade box, if you look at the top of the frame, you can see a lock with a key in it. If the actress walked a few feet further, she could've unlocked the box and gotten the syringe. Obviously this would've defeated the purpose of her dying, but interesting to point out. Continuity mistake: In the scene where. Lawrence and Adam find the 'X' on the wall, there is a continuity error. Right after they find the 'X', the lights are turned on and there is the shape of a square on the wall (the cavity where the box is hidden). Before they find the 'X' there is no box or any dirty lines where the cavity is. (00:54:00)
