Audio problem: In the opening scene, Bond sees Tracy in the ocean and drives his Aston Martin onto the beach to rescue her. When he stops, we hear screeching tyres, but he is driving on sand.
Audio problem: When the first assassin runs out of bullets shortly after coming through the apartment window, his gun makes a series of rapid clicks as if dry firing full-auto, but real guns, even full-auto ones, don't keep on clicking when empty. Audio problem: After Will Smith's shoes had both been discarded when they found bugs in them, he runs down the stairs, but you can clearly hear shoes running down the stairs when he's supposedly not wearing any.
Audio problem: When Bond arrives at the King Industries place, where he meets Elektra King, watch the man he talks to when he gets out of his car. It is painfully obvious that the man's mouth is not in sync with what he is saying. Even worse, the voice is not even his. It is slightly higher pitched than the man's real voice when he finally talks right.
Audio problem: At the battle on the fields of Pelennor, before Legolas leaps onto the Mûmak, as he kills the Orcs audibly he shouts, "Fifteen! Sixteen!"; however, visually his lips do not. (02:12:05)
Audio problem: When the terrorist at the church goes inside and asks "where's Cochrane", the other replies "he didn't make it." His mouth isn't moving.
Audio problem: During the battle in Adrian Veidt's lair he catches a bullet. He pulls the slug from his palm but as he drops the slug we hear the sound of a spent shell casing hitting the floor (empty brass) not the heavy lead bullet.
Audio problem: When Reacher reverses out of the motel parking lot, a car is seen braking hard to avoid hitting him and honking. The audio sound of the car horn has a "doppler effect", sounding like a passing vehicle, but the car doesn't pass the viewer as it comes to a halt in frame.
Audio problem: During the Walmart scene, it seems they edited in Gary saying "Oh, God." However, it's over no visible mouth or throat movements. (01:15:17)

Audio problem: At the beginning of the movie there is a woman riding a motorcycle. It seems to be an adventure bike, but the sound is from a Harley Davidson type of a bike.
Audio problem: During the chase scene at the science museum, there is a shot where an FBI Agent reports on a disturbance there. If you watch closely, you can see where he originally said the "Smithsonian", and the audio was dubbed to say "science museum". (01:08:20)
Audio problem: Before the trio crashed into the Daily Planet (just before the battle with Supes), they were heard flying outside the building. For 3 superbeings with the ability to fly unaided, they sure sound heckuva lot like jet-propelled aircrafts. Jet aircrafts are noisy because of their engines, but superpeople?
Audio problem: In the Bastille dungeon just after Phillippe knocked out the guard with the key we hear Athos say 'We feared the mask would destroy you', but his lips do not move in sync with this. It looks more like he originally said 'We thought you were dead'. (01:44:54)
Audio problem: When the Commando Elite rip out through the clear plastic 'window' of their packaging, the sound made is that of paper ripping - a different sound to what the plastic being punctured would make.
Audio problem: When Rocco is testing the bomb in the morning in the cabin, when he says, "We're going to detonate it", his mouth isn't moving with the words. (00:50:35)
