Audio problem: Near the beginning of the film when Alice and her clones break into the Umbrella building, she comes down in an elevator. The numbers above the elevator showing what floor she is on beep every time they change, but some of the beeps are out of sync. A beep is heard for floor 6 before the number 7 has even changed and a beep is also heard a fraction of a second before the number 3 fully appears. (00:07:05)
Audio problem: When Maximus is eating with Juba and Hagen, just before he fights Tigris of Gaul, listen to the background noise very closely as the men talk. There's lots of chatter and stray noises, but amid the sounds you can hear someone yelling urgently: "Warren, Warren... Warren...radio." This may be the sounds of a crew member telling another regarding a radio. (01:36:30)
Audio problem: In the public restroom fight, Arnold slams one of the bad guys head into the ceramic urinal. Although you hear two loud and clear "klonks", the urinal bends when Arnold presses the bad guy's head down. [Only visible in the pan and scan version.] (00:31:55)
Audio problem: Right before the jet fight, Logan asks Storm "How far are we?" He says this line in his natural Australian accent. (01:04:50)
Audio problem: Near the end of the film, when we see the Queen's new mutation, the scene opens up by showing all the scientists attached to the wall. Dr. Gediman is rambling on and on about the Queen's 'perfect' mutation. However, it is quite clear he isn't saying any of the words. In fact, from the way his mouth moves, it looks like he's literally saying 'blah blah blah, blah blah blah'. (01:27:05)
Audio problem: In the scene inside the bar where Isabella is telling Crockett what happened to her mother (during the over-her-shoulder shot), her mouth doesn't match what we hear her saying.
Audio problem: In the original UK VHS release of the movie, during the battle sequence, Spock is lifting a panel on the floor of the bridge and says: "Auxiliary Circuits destroyed Captain." His mouth doesn't move as he's speaking.
Audio problem: When Mario and Luigi are in the cave, walking along the cliff, Mario shouts "Watch out" but his mouth never moves. (00:21:25)
Audio problem: Just before midnight when the band is playing "Morning After" the camera pans out for a wide shot of the dance floor - the dancers are dancing MUCH too fast for such a slow song - and you do still hear the song.
Audio problem: When Ajax is at the park handcuffed to the bench, he calls the woman a lousy bitch, but his mouth never moves. (00:53:03)
Audio problem: When Doug is staring at the terrorist and says, "I can see him, he's right in front of me", you'll notice that his mouth moves a little before words are actually said. This is because he first says "Jesus", but they took it out because the character playing the terrorist is Jim Caviziel, who played Jesus in Passion of the Christ. The filmmakers did not want to get a laugh out of that line which it inevitably did in test screenings. (01:06:10)
Audio problem: When Tyson is running down the stairs he yells something but his lips don't move. (01:19:55)
Audio problem: When Williams is checking out the tray of meat he points and says "hmm, No, I really don't think so." His words don't match up to his mouth.
Audio problem: Reference the dialogue in the hangar where Mav/Goose and Charlie are discussing what was happening when they met the MiG, and Goose says "You know, the finger." In the original 1985 cinema release, Charlie replies "Yes, I know the finger, Lieutenant," but in the video release this has been changed to "Yes, I know the finger, Goose." If you look closely you'll see that her lips don't move when she enunciates the word "Goose," and if you listen carefully you can hear the edit change in the soundtrack between "finger," and "Goose."
Audio problem: On the freeway when the Twin stops firing when the car goes behind a truck (shortly before he floats into the car), you can hear about 5 shots being fired by him after the muzzle flashes stop and the gun stops shaking. (01:22:15)
Audio problem: In the scene at the Palace Hotel Ballroom, when the Blues Brothers are singing their 2nd tune (Sweet Home Chicago), you can hear both Jake and Elwood on the soundtrack but Elwood is dancing down the middle aisle without even a microphone in his hand and his mouth is not moving. There is also a shot during the same song where Jake's singing and pauses do not line up with what we see visually. When he sings "baby don'cha you want to go-oh - -" we see his mouth stop moving, then when he pauses, his mouth is still singing. As a matter of fact, the entire number has mistakes like this and mistakes of continuity. (01:54:20)
Audio problem: When Ice Cube hits the snake with a mattock, you hear a metal on metal sound.
Audio problem: When Dade is typing on Kate's computer at the party and she is leaning over her shoulder, we hear "I hope you don't screw like you type", but Kate doesn't actually say 'screw', she mouths a certain 4-letter word that starts with F.
Audio problem: In the plane, when the Captain says "I'm not too god, what do you think" his lips aren't moving.
Audio problem: When Bond steals the cab driver's car after coming down from the Eiffel Tower the words the cab driver yells doesn't match up to the way his lips move. (00:18:45)
