Wall-E (2008)

Continuity mistake: When Eve repairs Wall-E, you can see some tread segments are popped out, but when Wall-E powers back up they're all good as new. She doesn't replace his treads, just some gears.

Wall-E (2008)

Continuity mistake: After the escape pod scene (but before the 'dance'), Wall-E uses a fire extinguisher to fly back and forth. Between every camera shot except one, all the extinguisher particles disappear instantly.

Wall-E (2008)

Other mistake: When Eve repairs Wall-E, she uses a jack to push him back into shape, putting it in one side, and separating it. Then she slides it to the other side. The jack collapses instantly as she slides it; if jacks collapsed that easily they wouldn't be very useful. The sort of jack she uses doesn't have a release mechanism either.

Wall-E (2008)

Wall-E mistake picture

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eve meets the cockroach and Wall-E, after blowing up the tires Eve approaches Wall-E. We get a shot from Wall-E looking down Eve's gun, and her eyes are squinted and challenging. The shot changes to the side so the cockroach can jump to Wall-E, and her eyes are softer and more neutral- then the shot changes back to looking down the gun and they're challenging again.

Wall-E (2008)

Continuity mistake: When Wall-E first sorts his goodies, he puts the Rubik's Cube on the left-hand shelves, same as the lighters and spork. Later when he shows Eve the Cube, he pulls it off the right-hand shelves from behind the camera.

Wall-E (2008)

Continuity mistake: When EVE is reactivated on the Axiom bridge, she 'sits up' on her transport bed. The camera shot changes and she's 'standing' well in front of the bed rather than on it or even right next to it.

Firewall (2006)

Factual error: Text doesn't actually move up a screen, it only appears to; it's really only blinking lights. As such, the improvised scanner wouldn't work, you'd only get a small slice of each line.

Lost (2004)

Season 1 generally

Easter egg: On Disk 2, go to Episodes, select Main Menu and hit the right arrow - this selects the chair of the cockpit (where the pilot put the radio). When selecting this, the French distress call the survivors later receive is heard. Yes, you hit the RIGHT arrow and the cursor goes LEFT.

Hide and Seek (2005)

Plot hole: In the end, when Charlie is advancing on Emily while turning his light on and off, the final time he turns it on, Kathrine is in front of Emily. How could she get there so fast without being heard? There's at least 4-5 inches of water that would make sneaking very hard.

Stealth (2005)

Factual error: The Fuel/Air explosive fired on the fort is shown incorrectly, FAE (shown as a large green missile) do not impact the ground, but rather explode in the air to give maximum coverage and devestation.

The Island (2005)

Audio problem: When Lincoln 6 Echo is watching the the surgeons kill the other 'product' after giving birth, her heart monitor flat-lines well before the sound does. It beeps about 4 times before the shot changes to a closeup of the flat-line. (00:34:50)
