Continuity mistake: When Zigfried tells Leon he has a gift that could thrust Schroeder Corp straight to number one, he is holding a floppy disk in between his fingers. The disk has a white piece of tape on one side that disappears from the disk when the shot cuts. The piece of tape reappears on the disk midway through the shot. (00:19:17)

Continuity mistake: Just after Leon says he can summon his Iron Knight, it cuts to a shot focusing on Yugi. His arms are not visible around his face, but when the shot cuts, his left forearm is raised to be level with his face. (00:20:05)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba is reading the paper detailing Leon's background, the paper is folded along the middle. But in the next shot, the fold in the paper has disappeared. (00:12:50)

Revealing mistake: After Little Red Riding Hood has been summoned to the field, there is a shot with Little Red Riding Hood in the foreground of the shot, while the other characters talk on the balcony in the background of the shot. During the shot, Rebecca is leaning her head over the edge of the balcony and starts talking. The other characters turn their heads to face her, but their heads appear to be facing the area behind where she is standing and not looking in her direction. (00:09:32)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried's life points go from 2600 to 1600, he is standing at an angle where his body is rotated and his arm is extended in a direction that is facing Kaiba. When the shot cuts, his body is not rotated and his arm is extended to the left. (00:16:10)
One Step Ahead: Part Two - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates Spell Reproduction, he discards two spell cards from his hand to bring back another spell card from his graveyard. When he does this, the De-Fusion spell card can be seen in his hand. Then, when Kaiba shows Zigfried the Dimension Fusion spell card after it returns to his hand, the De-Fusion card has disappeared from his hand. The De-Fusion card reappears in his hand when Kaiba places the five monster cards on his duel disk. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: When the final Blue-Eyes White Dragon is about to attack Zigfried, in the shot of Zigfried saying "No," his arms are away from his face. In the next shot, his arms are covering his face in order to brace himself for the attack. (00:20:05)
Sinister Secrets: Part 1 - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: When Roland announces Leon's name before the duel, Rebecca and a bunch of kids are clapping around him. In a shot from behind Leon and the kids, Roland can be seen on the stage and is directly facing them. In the next shot, when Roland announces Yugi's name, Leon and Rebecca are on Roland's right and the other kids have disappeared. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried activates his Magical Arms spell card, his life points increase from 1100 to 2100. When this happens, the fingers in his right hand are opened out, but when the shot cuts, his right hand is closed into a fist. (00:15:35)

Continuity mistake: Just before Zigfried's life points go down to 1100, his arms are at his side. Then, when his life points count is shown going down to 1100, his arms are suddenly extended. (00:15:10)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba draws Graceful Charity and Emergency Provisions from his deck, in the close-up shot of the cards in his hand, the tip of one of his fingers can be seen next to the left-hand side of the Graceful Charity card. In the next shot, the fingertips of three of his fingers can be seen next to the left-hand side of the card. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: When Chaos Emperor Dragon is summoned to the field, the dragon's forearms are raised. In the next shot, they are lowered. (00:14:09)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried walks into the meeting room, one of the board members stands up to speak to him. The man has one hand placed on the table and there is a piece of paper on the table next to his left hand, but when the shot cuts, he has both hands on the table and the piece of paper is nowhere near him.
