Continuity mistake: After Dartz has had Orichalcos Shunoros release Orichalcos Dexia and Orichalcos Aristeros onto the field, there is a wide shot shown from above that shows Shunoros in front of Dartz, taking up a large amount of the duel field in front of him. Dartz then activates the trap card Martyr Curse, which is directly in front of him, even though the previous shot showed there would have been no space for the card to be in front of him, due to Shunoros taking up a large amount of the field. Continuity mistake: When Yugi switches Big Shield Gardna back into defence mode, his left hand is pointed to the right, and his right hand is placed on the duel disk. In the next shot, his left hand is suddenly raised towards him so that he can look at the cards in his hand, and his right hand is also raised so that he can pick one of the cards. (00:13:10)

Continuity mistake: When Big Shield Gardna switches to attack mode, Yugi is directly facing the opposite side of the field. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Yugi where his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:11:53)

Continuity mistake: Just before Rafael drives past the two security guards, in the wide shot, Roland and the other security guard are turned away from each other. In the next shot, Roland is still turned away from the other guard, but the other guard has turned around and is facing the same direction as Roland. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says, "Now I can do what your Siamese donkey twins should've done last turn," to Dartz, he draws a card from his deck with his right hand. Kaiba then has his dragon attack the Joey knight, and the card in his right hand has disappeared. (00:09:14)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba instructs his monster to attack the Mai knight, Kaiba says, "Quiet, I'm not going to let some mind tricks stop me from winning this duel," when questioned about the decision. In this shot, he is directly facing the opposite side of the field. But in the next shot, his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates the spell card Reflect Energy, a mini satellite appears on the wall behind Dartz. The satellite appears directly underneath the carving on the wall of a person whose soul was stolen by Dartz. The shot cuts to Yugi and Kaiba, but when it cuts back, the satellite has changed position and is now positioned in between two individual carvings. (00:14:34)

Continuity mistake: Just before Kaiba summons Blade Knight, he places one card face down on the field. When he does this, his left hand is lowered to his stomach and pointed to the right. In the next shot, his left hand is raised. (00:13:53)

Continuity mistake: When Dartz first finds the stone and holds onto it, his fingers are all together. When the shot cuts to a close-up of the stone in his hand, some of his fingers are separated. (00:05:22)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba asks Dartz, "Please tell me storytime is over? I'd like to duel," he is looking downwards. In the next shot, he is looking at Dartz. (00:02:55)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters have arrived on the base in the ocean, in the wide shot where Tristan is asking, "Just so I'm clear on this, you're good guys, right?", he is standing upright. When the shot cuts, his legs are more outstretched and bent slightly. (00:06:38)

Continuity mistake: When everyone on the helicopter sees the helicopter behind them, they all turn to face it. Tristan is holding onto a wall, but when it fades to a wider shot, his arm is more outstretched. (00:05:02)
Grappling with a Guardian: Part 3 - S4-E32
Continuity mistake: When the seal around Rafael fades away after his soul is taken, Yugi is standing directly in front of him. In the next shot, Yugi is shown running up to Rafael, even though he was already standing in front of him. (00:19:50)
Grappling with a Guardian: Part 2 - S4-E31
Continuity mistake: When Yugi activates the New World Circle spell card, there is a shot of him with his right arm raised while holding the card. In this shot, the other cards that he is holding in his left hand are pointed upwards. In the next shot, when he inserts the card into the duel disk slot, the cards in his left hand are pointed downwards. (00:20:05)
Grappling with a Guardian: Part 2 - S4-E31
Continuity mistake: When Yugi summons Dark Magician Girl to the field in defence mode, another version of the card appears beneath it. The corners of the card are hovering over lines of light on the floor, caused by the Seal of Orichalcos card. A few seconds later, when Yugi ends his turn, the card appears to have moved away from the lines of light, as they cannot be seen on the floor under the card. (00:16:53)
Grappling with a Guardian: Part 2 - S4-E31
Continuity mistake: When Yugi summons Watapon to the field, after placing the card on the duel disk, he moves his right hand away from the duel disk so that it is pointed to the left. The Watapon monster then appears on the field and his right hand is suddenly pulled back and is over the duel disk. Then, in the shot after that, his right hand is back to being pointed to the left. Grappling with a Guardian: Part 2 - S4-E31
Continuity mistake: When Guardian Eatos destroys Big Shield Gardna, the other characters are happy that Dark Magician wasn't destroyed. Mokuba then points out, "That's true, but he gets to attack again," and raises his forearms while closing his hands into fists. When the shot cuts, his left forearm is suddenly lowered. (00:09:38)

Continuity mistake: After the attack points of Guardian Eatos have gone up to 7000, there is a shot of Yugi that shows him with his left arm raised and then lowers it. In the next shot, his left forearm is suddenly raised. (00:07:26)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba, Mokuba, Tea and Tristan discover Mai, she is sitting on the floor with both of her hands away from the lining in the floor tiles. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Mai, where her left hand is suddenly placed along the lining in the tiles. (00:19:44)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba and Mokuba are running through the reception area, Tea and Tristan are shown directly behind them. When the shot cuts, Tristan is suddenly on Kaiba's right. (00:19:40)
