Continuity mistake: When Joey says "I heard that" after Rebecca criticises his haircut, Devlin tells him to "Take it down a notch" and raises his right arm while doing so. When he does this, his right wrist has nothing on it. Continuity mistake: After Vivian tells Rebecca to wipe the smile off her face, she draws a card from her deck. When she draws the card and looks at it, her thumb can be seen on the side of it. Then there is a close-up of Vivian where the thumb cannot be seen on the card. (00:09:04)
Let the Games Begin: Part Two - S5-E4
Continuity mistake: When Solomon draws the Ancient Tome spell card from his deck, his middle finger and index finger are touching the backside. Then there is a close-up of the card, where his middle finger is not touching it. The shot cuts again, and his middle finger is suddenly touching the card. (00:03:26)

Continuity mistake: When Joey is telling Mokuba he doesn't duel on an empty stomach, the two hot dogs he is holding have ketchup on them. A few seconds later, when Mokuba tells him he'll be disqualified if he doesn't make it to the duel, the ketchup on the hot dogs has disappeared. The ketchup reappears a few seconds after that. Continuity mistake: When Tea and Tristan start laughing after Kaiba calls Joey an underdog, Tea has her left hand over her mouth. When it cuts to a wider shot, her left hand is suddenly holding onto her right arm. (00:14:02)

Continuity mistake: On the DuelTek's first turn, it has four cards in its hand. Then there is a close-up of the cards in its "hand", where there are only three cards visible, and then it draws a fourth card. In the shot after that, there are now five cards in its hand. (00:04:03)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi hands Rick the Heart of the Underdog card, Rick has the card raised to his face when it is handed to him. When the shot cuts to focus on Yugi, the card is suddenly away from Rick's face. (00:15:57)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba is speaking to Mokuba and Roland in his office, his computer is positioned toward the centre of the desk. Later in the scene, when Mokuba says, "It'll be the biggest thing since Battle City," the computer has moved closer to the edge of the desk. The computer goes back to being in the centre of the desk shortly after, and also changes position from being near the rear side of the desk to being closer to the front side of the desk. Continuity mistake: When Joey is sleeping on the couch at the start of the episode, the table beside him has numerous items on it. There is a red Pringles can next to a blue paper box, a purple box behind the blue box, and a crisps bag beside the purple box. A few seconds later, when Joey sits up, the Pringles can is now ahead of the blue box, and the crisps bag is now ahead of the purple box. (00:01:15)

Flight of Fear: Part 2 - S4-E23
Continuity mistake: On the KaibaCorp plane, there is a door shown underneath the company logo. The door is positioned a few inches to the left of the logo and has no handle. When the exterior of the plane is shown again after it crash-lands, the door is now directly underneath the logo and a handle has appeared on it. (00:02:13 - 00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi and the Pharaoh notice Dark Magician Girl and the three knights appearing in front of them, the Pharaoh raises his right forearm. But in the next shot, his right forearm is lowered. (00:17:05)

Continuity mistake: When Alister picks up the action figure, he places his fingers in between the action figure's abdomen and arm. When the shot cuts, his fingers are placed over the action figure's arm. (00:11:52)

Continuity mistake: When Alister is first shown on the hospital bed, there is nothing else shown on the bed, aside from a blanket and pillow. Two shots later, when he sits up, his action figure has appeared on the bed next to the pillow. (00:11:43)

Continuity mistake: The nightstand next to Alister's hospital bed is shown to have a grey glass and a see-through vase filled with white flowers. A couple of seconds later, when Alister sits up, the glass is now see-through, the vase is grey, and the flowers are now yellow. (00:11:42)

Continuity mistake: When Rex wakes up in the hospital bed, he is wearing a black shirt. Every other time Rex was shown throughout this season, he was wearing a yellow shirt. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: When Joey and Kaiba run up to the helicopter, they realise Yugi isn't with them. Joey says, "Don't tell me," and turns his head around to face the entrance to the castle. When the shot cuts, he is suddenly looking forward to the others. (00:10:27)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi is consoling the Pharaoh after defeating Dartz, in the shot of the Pharaoh saying "The Great Leviathan is gone," Yugi has his fingers placed over the Pharaoh's left shoulder. But in the next shot, when they look over at Dartz, Yugi's fingers are now curled and on top of the Pharaoh's left shoulder. (00:08:22)
Rise of the Great Beast: Part 2 - S4-E40
Continuity mistake: Yugi attempts to run up to the Pharaoh, but stops running when the Pharaoh tells him to get back. When he stops running, his right hand is at ease. But in the next shot, his right hand is closed into a fist. (00:02:33)
