Continuity mistake: Just after Keith destroys the Millennium Puzzle, it breaks into numerous pieces and there is only one piece of the puzzle that remains attached to the chain. Continuity mistake: After the duel, Devlin apologises to Yugi for accusing him of cheating. The first shot shows a game board on a table, which features black squares and includes thin white lines separating the squares. Then it cuts to a wide shot of the room, and the white lines now appear to cover most of the game board. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: After Solomon says "Have faith, Yugi," it cuts to a wide shot of the duelling room where Devlin's fangirls are cheering him on. In the shot, Devlin's hands are at his side. The shot then cuts to focus on Devlin, where his right forearm is suddenly raised. (00:12:16)

Continuity mistake: When Solomon is watching Yugi duel, in the wide shot, there is a crowd of people behind him. There is a kid behind him standing over the edge of a tile on the floor; this kid has grey trousers and white shoes, and there is another kid next to him wearing dark grey trousers and grey shoes. When it cuts to a closer shot of Solomon, the kid standing over the edge of the tile is wearing purple trousers and grey shoes, and the other kid is wearing light blue trousers and white/black trainers. Continuity mistake: When Devlin tells Yugi, "All that stands between you and defeat is the time that it takes for my Automater to spit out the next rare black dice," the bracelet on his right arm is shown to have three loops. Continuity mistake: In the flashback of Devlin creating the Dungeon Dice Monsters game, there is a close-up of his keyboard. A blue wire can be seen attached to the keyboard and is pointed to the left. Two shots after this, the blue wire is pointed straight forwards. (00:14:59)

Continuity mistake: After Yugi rolls the two matching dice (but is unable to summon a monster due to their levels not being the same), Devlin rolls three dice. When the black dice land on the board, it is not touching the pink light. When the shot cuts, part of the black dice is over the pink light. (00:08:42)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi realises his dice only have one summon crest, Devlin says, "Of course, if you had, it'd have been a very strong monster," and puts his right hand over his chin. In the next shot, his hand is away from his chin. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: When Devlin rolls the dice on the first turn, in the shot of the three dice landing, the green die lands with an arrow on the facing up side. When it cuts to a close-up of the green die, a star with the number two on it is now on the facing up side. (00:03:38)

Continuity mistake: When Goblin Attack Force switches to defence mode after it attacks, Devlin has four cards in his hand.
