Other mistake: When Homer is muttering whilst walking up and down the home landing at night after being told he has to wait 5 days to receive his gun/license, Lisa being awoken by his muttering complains that it is 3am but her bedside clock shows 9.50/21.50. (00:06:55)

Other mistake: When Chief Wiggum contacts "Rafe Waggum's" parents on his phone, he dials the number and places the phone to his ear, but the phone displays the menu screen and not the call screen.
Other mistake: Marcia Wallace is credited as a special guest voice even though Mrs. Krabappel's role was cut. (00:29:00)
Other mistake: When Lisa says Bart's got a girlfriend, Bart says "no, I don't, that's the problem", his neck becomes longer and starts to wobble, a problem with the animation.

Other mistake: Sherri and Terri are seen participating in the second grade gymnastics (as referred by the gym teacher), even though they're in the fourth grade.
Who Shot Mr. Burns? (2) - S7-E1
Other mistake: As Chief Wiggum is being interviewed about the fugitive, his arm is shown to be in a cast due to the police van crashing at the Krusty Burger Drive-Thru earlier on. Yet when they get to the hospital, his arm is completely fine. (00:17:30 - 00:19:00)
Other mistake: While Kent Brockman says "This reporter smells another local Emmy" after he gets back into his van, his face is drawn incorrectly.
Other mistake: When Bart, Lisa and Milhouse run away from the others, Lisa steps right on a puddle but no splash or ripple is made.
Other mistake: When Marge takes Homer back inside, his car is seen blocking the traffic. But at least one side of the traffic is driving on the wrong side of the road. The drivers behind Homer's car are on the right side of the road. And the drivers behind Homer's car from the opposite direction are driving on the left side but facing the drivers behind Homer's car on the other side. Either way, one half of the traffic are driving on the wrong side of the road. (00:02:35)
Other mistake: When Homer returns home, Marge says his car is blocking the traffic. But there is some space on the road where his car isn't. The traffic could easily have driven through the empty space. (00:02:30)
Other mistake: After Lisa has made Bart leave the baseball team, Lisa and the rest of the baseball team are having pepperoni pizza at Luigi's. Lisa is also eating the pepperoni pizza. However, Lisa is a vegetarian, so why would she eat pizza with meat on it?
Other mistake: In the credits, Kristen Schaal is misspelled Kristen Schall. (00:20:40)
Other mistake: When Bart is looking at space through his telescope, Earth can be seen through the telescope despite him being on Earth.

Other mistake: In the very first scene, when Principal Skinner is opening the door to the school, there is no name on the school. (00:00:25)
Brother Can You Spare Two Dimes? - S3-E24
Other mistake: On the DVD, when Homer is sitting on the Spinemelter, he says at one point "I've tried to fill it with family, religion, community service, but those were dead ends. This card is the answer." However the subtitles say "I've tried to fill it with family, religion, but those things were dead ends. This card is the answer", leaving "community service" out.
Suggested correction: It is very common to shorten the subtitles so viewers don't have to read much.
Other mistake: When everyone is eating the boar at the end, the boar is completely intact, yet everyone except for Lisa is seen with a piece of it. (00:20:30)
Tree House of Horror IV: The Simpson's Halloween Special IV - S5-E5
Other mistake: When Bart says the picture of the school bus is actually called The Ghoul Bus, Lisa points out the name tag says The School Bus. If you closely at the name tag, you can see nothing is written on it. (00:06:40)
Other mistake: When Moe is rolling his eyes after saying it was the first time he poured beer into the water supply, Herman's face is drawn incorrectly.
Other mistake: When Homer throws his beer bottle in the air and puts the gun in his mouth, the beer bottle never lands. (00:15:30)
