And Then There Was One - S2-E16
Other mistake: When the father arrives to pick up baby Emily he states his wife was having triplets the night before. Yet baby Emily in the stroller is under 6 months old. How is her mom having triplets already?

Other mistake: When Cat picks up the can of Leopard lager which is invisible to Lister, he shakes it, pops the cap and sprays Lister with foam. The foam is visible but the can remains invisible, and that makes no sense. If we are seeing the scene from Cat's point of view the can and foam should both be visible, and if it is from Lister's then neither should be.

Other mistake: Spence eats some peanut M&M's despite being allergic to peanuts. (00:01:40)

Other mistake: In the first episode it shows the house a mess and Danny and Joey and Jesse not wanting to clean. Then in the future the show portrays Danny as always being a neat freak, even as a child.
Suggested correction: Not really a mistake, the whole premise of the first episode is to show how Danny is having trouble managing raising 3 kids and holding down a job on his own since his wife died. It would make sense that his house is in disarray in the beginning.
In the episode "The Return of Grandma" none of them want to clean, even Danny, who is being faced with the fact that his mom is coming to see how he's been doing and his desire to show her that he's doing well.

Other mistake: During the Poke-rap when the Poliwrath name is said, the Pokemon shown is actually Poliwag. Also, when the Graveler name is said, the Pokemon shown is actually Geodude.

Other mistake: Jackson, and Max are in bed together due to a sickness. When Matt brings Tommy to them you can hear Max say "Say your line" to Jackson. (00:21:55)

Look Into Their Eyes and You See What They Know - S5-E19
Other mistake: In an earlier episode where Edie and Susan are driving Martha Huber's ashes to the lake to be spread, Edie gets a flat tire and Susan changes it. In this episode, all the girls are driving with Edie's ashes and they get a flat tire. Susan asks "Does anyone know how to change a flat tire?" Did she forget how?

Other mistake: Cook and Effy manage to fall through Pandora's Mum's wardrobe, into the next door neighbor's bedroom. But this is not possible as the neighbors' houses are detached.

The One Where Monica Gets a Roommate - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Rachel arrives at Central Perk, Monica introduces her to everybody, including to Chandler, as if they don't know each other. In later episodes, we learn that Chandler met Monica and Rachel a couple of times when they were in high school (including when Monica cut his toe off). Chandler even kissed Rachel once, and since Chandler always says that he hasn't kissed many women, he should have perfectly remembered Rachel, and Monica should have remembered that the two of them knew each other. (00:04:40)

Punk Chick - S1-E22
Other mistake: Jackie and Kitty are baking a pie in the kitchen and Kelso walks in. Jackie and Kelso have an awkward encounter as if they are separated, but they got back together at prom.

Launch Party - S4-E3
Other mistake: In the beginning of the episode Meredith asks Jim to sign her cast. If you look closely, it's obvious that the actor John Krasinski signs his real name, not the name of his character, Jim Halpert. (00:02:35)

Other mistake: When Sylvia is outside the Sheffield mansion she says "I wonder if my daughter Fran is at home? I will see if she is" the doorbell rings as soon as she finishes that line, but you can see both her hands are visible. She can't have rung the doorbell.

Other mistake: Episodes 4 and 5 of season 1 aired noticeably out of order. In episode 4, "The Nanny," Alex's former Nanny, Rosalba, comes to work at his podcast company, and its name, "Ajana," is mentioned a few times. But episode 5, "The Mother-in-Law," starts with the company unnamed; over the course of the episode, Alex learns of the concept of "ajana," the unknown, from his mother-in-law and chooses it as his company's name.

Sergeant Carter Dates a Pyle - S2-E20
Other mistake: Private Duke Slater's utility uniform shirt is different from the other Marines. Duke's uniform has square pocket flaps with the button exposed, an exposed button front shirt and the sleeves do not have button cuffs. The other Marines' uniforms have tapered pocket flaps with a hidden button, a hidden button front shirt and the sleeves have button cuffs. (00:05:00 - 00:06:00)

Rockets, Communists, and the Dewey Decimal System - S1-E2
Other mistake: As Young Sheldon is a prequel series to Big Bang Theory, this episode is at odds with episode 2-13 of Big Bang Theory, "The Friendship Algorithm," in which Sheldon is unfamiliar with books like "How to Make Friends and Influence People," which he reads in this episode of Young Sheldon, produced nine years later but taking place twenty years earlier.

Other mistake: The scene where Alice is giving Tiger a bath was the same one used in "Katchoo Katchoo", albeit with some audio dubbing thrown in, like when Alice complains about the floor getting wet. (00:04:05)

Other mistake: When Marshall returns from Minnesota, he approaches Lily lying on the couch from the kitchen area rather than from the door, and Lily still acts surprised to see him, even when he was obviously already in the apartment with her.

Other mistake: Near the end of the episode Hawkeye is finishing his letter to his father. He writes "kiss mom and sis", but later in the series we find out that his mother died when he was a kid and he doesn't have any siblings.

Other mistake: In this episode, they have a leak in the roof. Yet, the house is a two story house with an attic. So it should not be able to leak into the living room. Also, when Carl and Eddie go up to fix the roof, Eddie falls through the roof and ends up on the living room couch. Again, two story house with attic. Should not happen.

Other mistake: During the closing theme (early seasons), when Fred walks by to close the birdcage, Wilma is shown in the background sleeping and her entire mouth is missing.
