Plot summary

U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard (Jones)is accompanying a planeload of convicts from Chicago to New York. The plane crashes spectacularly, and Mark Sheridan (Snipes)escapes. But when Diplomatic Security Agent John Royce (Downey)is assigned to help Gerard recapture Sheridan, it becomes clear that Sheridan is more than just another murderer.
Sam Gerard: Get the tapes from the U.N. surveillance.
John Royce: I don't think we have clearance for those.
Sam Gerard: Get the clearance, get the tapes, don't tell me what we can't do.
Trivia: Robert Downey Jr. did not find making this film to be an enjoyable experience, and has referred to it as "possibly the worst action movie of all time."
Question: In a scene of the film there are some expressionist portraits in a house. I would like to know who is the artist. Does anyone know?
