The One With the Male Nanny - S9-E6

Continuity mistake: The hallway outside Ross' new apartment (series 6 onwards) always changes. Sometimes, the apartment is at the end of a dead-end corridor, and there is a plant outside, covering up the wall; sometimes you can go past the apartment and turn left or right; or, as in this episode, you can only turn right immediately after you have passed the apartment. The One With The Kips - S5-E5

Continuity mistake: Rachel and Phoebe are in the Central Perk, talking about leaving the group, and a jacket and a handbag are hanging on the arm of the chair behind Rachel, slightly to her left. Between shots it changes from just the jacket, then just the handbag and so on. This continues throughout the scene when Ross comes in and Phoebe leaves. As she gets up you see both again, however Rachel does not move enough to just show one and hide the other. (00:16:00)

The One With All The Kissing - S5-E2

Continuity mistake: In the scene after Monica pretends to drop socks in the hallway in order to prevent Rachel from telling Ross she still loves him, Rachel goes back into the apartment and locks Monica out. Monica then starts to pound on the door with her bare left hand. The scene changes to the apartment and Ross opens the door to let Monica in. All of a sudden Monica is pounding the door with her right hand wrapped in a sock. (This continuity problem is for the widescreen version, where we see a closeup of Monica not seen on the DVD, in the hallway with a bare hand right before Ross opens the door. However, on the DVD there are extra shots of Ross and Rachel after seeing Monica's bare hand pounding and then seeing her with the sock on her hand, which gives her ample time to put it on). The Last One (2) - S10-E20

Continuity mistake: On the plane, when Rachel says "She's almost never right," (about Phoebe) you can see the guy's hand is on the armrest. Then a split second later, his hand is about half a feet off the armrest while saying "But she is sometimes." (00:15:15)

The One With The Nap Partners - S7-E6

Continuity mistake: Monica and Chandler are in their apartment talking about Monica's worries that Chandler would dump her if she put on weight. When we first see Monica, the bite mark in her apple is quite small, but a few seconds later, it is suddenly much bigger without her eating any more of it. (00:18:00)

The One with All the Poker - S1-E18

Continuity mistake: When the group is sitting around the table in Monica's apartment playing poker, Monica is making something to eat. When she puts it on the table and sits back, we can see a pile of plates on the table on her right side. But in the next shot, the plates are gone. (00:05:35)

The One With Ross's Teeth - S6-E8

Monica: What happened to your teeth?
Ross: I whitened them.
Chandler: Really?
Ross: Yeah, what... What do you think?
Monica: Well, uh, I think I shouldn't look directly at them.
Ross: Come on, seriously.
Monica: Ross, they're really, really, really white!
Chandler: Yeah, what was wrong with your old... Human teeth?
Ross: Well, I did leave the gel on a little longer than it said to.
Monica: How much longer?
Ross: Uh, uh... A day.
Monica: Ross, you know that tonight is your date with Hillary?
Ross: I know! That's why I did it! Come on, are they really that bad?
Chandler: No. No, no, no, you'll be fine. Hilary's blind, right?
Monica: She will be after tonight.

The One With The Jellyfish - S4-E1

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?

Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
