Continuity mistake: In the One in Barbados (part 2), just after Monica bashes her hand against the table, the shot of Chandler asking if she's OK shows Monica raising a finger right at the edge of the screen. We then cut to Monica, who's cradling both her hands together. (00:42:50)

Continuity mistake: In The One With The Lottery, Chandler is on the phone to find out if he got the job, he then hangs up and rolls up one of his sleeves. In the next shot of him both sleeves are rolled up. Then you can see his sleeves slip down again, but when it cuts to a closer shot, you can see they're rolled up again. (00:04:40)
The One Where Estelle Dies - S10-E15
Continuity mistake: Near the end when Chandler is talking to Janice at one point his hands go from pointing straight ahead to his pockets. (00:17:20)
The One with the Blackout - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Joey is standing with candelight over Ross' neck, the candle is full length, but in the next shot it's only half length. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene just before Joey goes into the shower, when he is thanking the director for the opportunity, the camera shot goes back and forth between Joey and the director several times. During this series of shots, the part in Joey's hair switches sides nearly every time. It appears that the entire shot is reversed - in the closeup, the shower curtain is on his left and the shadow to his right is sharply focused. In the lower (long) shot, the curtain is to his right, and the shadow on his left is more focused. (00:13:05)

Continuity mistake: In the coffee house, while Chandler is talking about his date with Susie, a tall man with a blue shirt and vest gets up and walks toward the door twice. (00:07:30)
The One Where Phoebe Hates PBS - S5-E4
Continuity mistake: Monica comes to get her pan back from Chandler, and when she opens the door, the magna doodle pen is hanging down. The shot changes and it is attached to the board; it changes again and it is hanging once more. (00:12:00)
The One With Phoebe's Ex-Partner - S3-E14
Continuity mistake: When Joey is telling his story about throwing Ginger's wooden leg in the fire, when he gets to the part about him, Ginger and the dog Pepper falling asleep in front of the fire, a large section of her hair falls in front of Phoebe's face. In the next shot it's gone;, however her hands are visible the whole time and she has not pushed the hair back. (00:08:05)
The One With Phoebe's Husband - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rachel is telling Ross it is sexy for a man to wait before having sex, the cups behind Ross change color: red to green to red and back again. (00:08:10)
The One With Ross's Sandwich - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Joey has just brought home his date, he jiggles the door handle, which makes Monica and Chandler run off into Chandler's room. Chandler kicks a circle cushion off the mat, but when the camera cuts back, it's on the mat again, and then off the mat again when Rachel walks in. A red cushion also moves. (00:09:10)
The One With the Sharks - S9-E4
Continuity mistake: In 'The One With The Shark Porn' (Series 9), when Chandler and Monica are talking about his supposed shark obsession, Chandler's collar switches from up to down depending on the shot. It switches several times during the scene. (00:20:30)
The One With Rachel's Going Away Party - S10-E16
Continuity mistake: The level of beer in Ross' bottle goes up and down between shots as he's talking to Joey at the kitchen table. (00:12:00)
The One With The Video Tape - S8-E4
Continuity mistake: When we see the video, notice Rachel's hair. It is the same length as it is throughout season 8, but her hair is supposed to be the short bob she had in season 7 since it took place then. (00:17:00)
The One With Ross's Denial - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: When Monica and Chandler are eating, Monica's plate holds a sandwich and chips. When Joey comes in, Monica's plate contains no chips, and when he leaves the chips are back again. (00:04:00)
The One With Phoebe's Cookies - S7-E3
Continuity mistake: While trying out different recipes, at one point Monica's holding a cookie in her hand. It's a whole cookie, but when the angle changes, suddenly a chunk is missing. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: Right at the end when Ross hits Chandler with his rolled up magazine, he only folds over one-third of the magazine onto the middle third. When it cuts to him hitting Chandler (without a time delay between him hitting Chandler and folding the magazine) the magazine is fully folded over. (00:21:30)
The One With Joey's Dirty Day - S4-E14
Continuity mistake: When Rachel is telling Monica and Phoebe about her night out with Joshua the previous evening, Monica is holding a glass of orange juice. To begin with the glass is half full, but then changes to being almost full to the top, and then back to half full. (00:09:00)
The One With All The Thanksgivings - S5-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they take Chandler to the hospital, Monica hands the bag of ice containing Chandler's toe to the doctor. The doctor is wearing gloves in one shot then no gloves in the next. This goes back and forth three or four times. (00:07:45)
The One With Ross's Wedding, part 2 - S4-E24
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is on the phone to Emily's mum she is making a sandwich. We see her put mayonnaise on it, the shot flicks to Emily's mum then comes back to Phoebe and the mayonnaise is now gone. (00:26:45)
The One Where Rachel is Late - S8-E22
Continuity mistake: In one scene, Rachel is using the bathroom. She yells out to Monica and Phoebe "Whose turn is it to help me get up?" A few scenes later Rachel goes to the bathroom again, but gets up with no one helping her. (00:07:05)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
