Continuity mistake: After being attacked by a creature of some sort, Arthur wakes up a second time with a bottle in his hand. Angry, he throws it as hard as he can, and in the close-up, he is pulling back his right arm to throw. But in the next shot, he's swinging his left arm to throw the bottle.

Revealing mistake: After getting the axe, Arthur uses it to cut through some boards blocking a tunnel. If you watch closely on the second swing, his arm is not connected to his body, with his sleeve having disappeared. But the sleeve is there on the third swing.

Factual error: The WW1 flashback in the bunker shows a fireplace carved out of stone and brick in the wall. Fireplaces like this, with heavy-cut stone arches, were more typical of civilian or 19th-century farmhouses, not military dugouts or British bunkers of WW1. Frontline dugouts used makeshift tin stoves or field ovens, not full fireplaces.

Factual error: In the British WW1 bunker flashback, the rifles look similar to a Carcano M91 or Mannlicher-Carcano variant, based on the thin barrel and bayonet lug shape. The British Army used the Lee-Enfield SMLE Mk III, recognizable by its protruding magazine and thicker fore-end wood. The straight bolt handle and en-bloc clip cutout visible in the receiver area suggest Carcano or similar continental rifle, not British. The Lee-Enfield SMLE had a curved bolt handle and detachable 10-round magazine.

Factual error: In the WW1 British bunker flashback, a radio is part of the puzzle. This radio design is WW2 to early Cold War era (1930s-1950s). WW1 wireless sets were far bulkier, usually spark-gap transmitters or early valve sets, with open wiring and large coils, not compact boxes like this. The connectors and dials are consistent with WW2 British WS No. 19 or similar.

Factual error: In the WW1 France flashback of 1918, the rifles used for grave markers are inaccurate. The rifles appear to have post-WWI furniture, straight bolt handles and narrow receivers resembling Mauser 98s rather than the British SMLE Mk III (which had a protruding magazine and rounded bolt knob).

Continuity mistake: After passing out drunk, Arthur wakes up on the floor with a beer bottle on the ground next to him. In the cut scene, he stands up and the bottle is still on the ground as he's standing. Then in the next shot, he looks at his hand and now the bottle is in his hand.

Trivia: This is the only game of the original series to have 6 MasterBots as level bosses. In the second game it was made 8 MasterBots which became the series standard. But only 6 in the first game.

Factual error: When Alan gets the message that his security had been suspended at Encom, the computer gives a Date/Time stamp of Sept 22, 18:32:21 PM (6:32 PM) But at the time, it is shown to be pitch dark outside. Isn't 6:32 PM early to be completely dark outside in mid September (keeping in mind that no matter how far east one is, it can never be full dark outside at that time, at that period of the year). Also, why would the Time stamp have "PM" in it when it is using the 24-hour clock? (00:10:40)

Revealing mistake: During the animation of lighting your cigarette, when Arthur brings his left hand up to cover the flame, his thumb passes right through the cigarette.

Continuity mistake: When the old lady holds out the bracelet she made from Experiment 606's ball, it suddenly gets much smaller in the close-up shot, having shrunk down. The other charms on the bracelet also change, and the position of her thumb moves. (00:01:50)

Continuity mistake: In the bathroom fight, Blade stabs at Buffy with a knife and then spins around to attack again. In the first shot, he spins and his back is fully facing Buffy, but then in the next shot he's suddenly still facing her and swinging his knife before just starting to spin. (00:20:56)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords by wrapping her jacket around his wrist and snagging the blade out of it. When she's first wrapping the jacket around the sword, it is covering her left hand fully; then, in the next shot, her hand is not covered at all. (00:20:24)

Continuity mistake: Buffy gets one of Blade's swords away from him, and as she's pulling it out of the jacket, her hand is halfway down the katana's handle almost exactly in the middle.
